So he can't go by "Test" because its copyrighted (although it is his legal middle name). So he needs a new name, and the one he goes with is the same as a very well known comic book character (The Punisher). It just seems like he will get just as much legal trouble for that name as he would have for "Test". Anyone else notice this?

Why not "Andrew Test Martin"? After all, that's his legal name...

It would have been cool to have IRS and ATM together feuding with the FBI.
Test is his real middle name?
I'm sure they don't use it, because they want to seperate his new character from his WWE character.

He legally changed his middle name after he got released by WWE a few years back so he could go by Andrew Test Martin at what ever events he did.

Im pretty sure he's allowed to use Test as his name because he changed his middle name to be able to when he was released first time around. I could be wrong though

Maybe, like the WWE calling Monty Brown, Marcus Cor Von... TNA wanted something they could actually trademark? Even though they still can't

Monty's real name is Monty Brown. Noone can trademark that. WWE wanted to be able to trademark it & seperate him from his TNA run.

Maybe TNA won't get into trouble until they try to trademark it. JBL, that company that makes speakers, didn't raise a stink about WWE's JBL until the 'E tried to trademark the initials. Maybe, like the WWE calling Monty Brown, Marcus Cor Von... TNA wanted something they could actually trademark? Even though they still can't No, WWE wanted something they could trademark. That's exactly what he said. Monty's real name is Monty Brown. Noone can trademark that. If there wasn't a dispute, WWE could've trademarked "Monty Brown" just like they trademarked "John Cena."
