Has anyone opened up a new CS LJN style Undertaker?
I am looking for a picture of the new Undertaker beside an original jakks figure.
I haven't ordered the taker yet as I am hoping to see how it compares to the old ones. ie...what material its made from, size, paint, etc...
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
...the reason I posted this thread here and not in the Jakks thread was I figured more people in this area would own the original ljn's.

It's made from the same material.

It's made from the rubber that LJNs were composed of I believe.
As far as size...its the size of a regular RA figure, so its about an inch or two shorter than the LJNs

I have it and its opened. Best way to describe it... NOT LJN like.
If you know the WCW OSFTM rubber like figures. This is what Taker is best like. Same scale, same feel.

wow. you'd think they could easily have done an exact copy with all the technology now. I was going to ask if anyone would recommend this Taker figure to display with older loose LJN's but I have a feeling no one is liking it.

I was really excited about this concept, but the actual figure is a huge letdown. Like Midnight wrote, it's more like the OSFTM WCW figures. The sculpt is horrible. LJNs, even the worst of them, had better detail. The size and "feel" of the figure is all wrong, too. It doesn't fit in with the LJNs at all, but it is comparable to the WCW figures of the same style.
BTW, why did they do a "classic" Undertaker in 2006 ring gear?

Is it articulated? It looks as if you can move the arms, but I've only seen the proto pics.

It's all just one big molded piece. For ppl with LJN's out there....what exactly is the standard/normal height of them? My Undertaker is around 7 1/2 inches, I know most have said they are more fit for the WCW style of figs, but I was just wondering how big they really are

Most of the LJNs are around the 8-9" range. There's no way they would even fit into a regular sized CS package without obstructing the head of the figure.

The CS "LJNs" might fit in well with the Kilean (spelling?) AAA figures from Mexico. They're LJN style, and I know they're much shorter than the actual LJNs.

I'd still like a comparison pic just for the hell of it. I think The LJN Undertaker might be taller than the LJN Managers figs so he still might slightly fit in. Any comparison pic would be appreciated if anyone feels up to it
