Wow that is the dumbest thing I have heard in a long long time. So with your way of thinking do you believe that the mother should be allowed to drink tons of alcohol and smoke during her 9th month thus putting this newborn baby who has no say in anything in danger just because it's her body? Also once you have a heartbeat you are alive. Do you consider someone not alive if they are being assisted by life support in the hospital? That could go for anything then. Should the mother go outside, she may be hit by a bus. The baby didn't want to go outside, but it couldn't tell her that. Once you are born, you are alive until you die. (I know it is a stupid statement and an obvious one, but for some reason it needed to be clarified.) Surely you realize drinking/smoking during pregnancy is 100x more risky, dangerous and stupid than walking outside. |

Read more about this in today's paper here. They are linking the doctor to a Delaware facility where this guy worked as well, and they say he would direct women who were too far along to get an abortion under Delaware law to go to his office in Philadelphia and he'd do it there. The 2 aides talked about in the paper could face the death penalty because from what the article said, they are the ones that actually carried out the cutting of the spines and whatnot.

I understand that it may be ethically "wrong" for him to say to go elsewhere to have it done.
But do you know how many people go to a different state to do/get something that isn't legal in their own state?

Im not against abortions but I think there is a right way and a wrong way to do things. This was def the wrong way. Same here. If you're gonna get it done, get it done before 30 dang weeks. As soon as possible, preferably. |

I don't agree he should get a death penalty. Yes, he made sick things, but honestly, he will just die. Have him face a hard life in prison, that way, he probably will be more miserable than just facing a death penalty.
