This wholle thing makes me wonder if Flair is the infamous figure that mattel was told they ccant make. They said they were surprised by the decree and it looks like its totally WWEs choice to cut the figure from EG like they did. And continue to block any further release of until TNA dissolves or Flair leaves. Let's hope not though. I've been saying from the beginning we would see Legends Hogan/Flair at some point. If Flair is already signed but prohibited ,that could be a real monkeywrench.

what the fudge?! we got WWE figs of nash when he was in TNA....this is lame cuz Mattel has the rights to make him. it would be the ultimate attention grabber and a win for everyone if they made him.

thats kinda dumb. wwe should just let mattel make a flair. wen foley's book came out they promoted it and did and interview with him on wwe.com. foley is one of my heroes but flair is a much bigger legend in the business (as is hogan) and he deserves a figure. the only reason should be if hes exclusive to TNA. but i feel like hes not exclusive. when WWE made him an offer after his retirement match i thought he turned it down because WWE wanted him exclusively. as for TNA figures theres no real need to worry. theres plenty of flair figures out there produced by Jakks. According to Power Slam Magazine, the reason for that is because Foley openly supported Linda's Senate campaign so Mr McMahon returned the favour. |

Mattel has the right to make Flair figs, because they have an exclusive contract with him, jakks can't because of that...Jakks can't! mattel don't want to make it, or WWE doesn't allow them to, bacause he is actually on TNA. If WWE gives mattel the ok they won't have any problem on making him.
