- WWE development feels that Mason Ryan is a long way from being ready for the big time. It's said that Ryan is a nice guy who understand his limitations and shortcomings. Last summer when he won the FCW Heavyweight Title, he couldn't understand why he was being pushed and recognized that most other guys in developmental were better than him.
- Several WWE officials are under the impression that Christian won't be back in time for this year's WrestleMania event. His situation is described as "touch and go."
Wrestlezone
So i guess that takes Christian out of the rumble.

Or does it?
Is this a news report to throw us off and Christian will really come back and win the Rumble?

At least Mason Ryan managed to actually pull off his (I assume) finisher on Cena correctly. It's more than what can be said for David Otunga.

6 Injured from shoulder surgery I believe.
That sucks if it is true but I think what Slappy said could be right.
And that is sad with Batista2.
If he has to go back to FCW it would be so stupid since he just debuted!
I guess they'd have to injure him or have him fail his initiation?

I came into this thinking it was gonna be another thread about WWE thinking that Christian is not ready to win a World Title

Christian will NEVER win the Rumble, much less this year(if he was healthy). The Christian blindness is just crazy

Edge wasn't supposed to ready for last year's Rumble/Wrestlemania either.

Christian will NEVER win the Rumble, much less this year(if he was healthy). The Christian blindness is just crazy To be fair, I just think a lot of people think he deserves a World title run due to him being a very over, very talented, very charismatic superstar who has been fairly successful in his time in WWE. All he needs now is a World title. I see no reason why WWE couldn't build an Edge/ Christian fued/ storyline going into WrestleMania 27, it has the potential to be fantastic.

I saw Ryan work the main event of an FCW show last month and it almost put me to sleep. I like that he understands where he is at though in terms of his ability. I think that hardly means he is going back to FCW. I think it just means he will serve more of a bodyguard role for Nexus, and learn the craft from ringside. No different really than the way Kevin Nash did it. Also, WWE has shown that they aren't afraid to have guys like Ryan be on a main show and then still work FCW matches. Christian winning the Rumble just seems really unrealistic to me. I know Edge is champion and it would be perfect, and I would mark out to see Christian come back as heel, but I think I am past thinking WWE will figure it out. Plus, the coming back from injury thing is pretty cliche at this point. My heart says "it could happen," but my brain says "no ing way."

There needs to be an end to the Christian speculation. There is NO WAY he is winning the Royal Rumble. End of.
If WWE can't even be sure he'll be ready for WrestleMania, why would they have plans for him in one of their biggest matches? Not to mention he's a glorified midcarder.
It's not going to happen.

I like the way Mason thinks. Most guys would see a push and take it, the fact he knows hes not ready is good.
Idk about Christian, could be true, could be WWe working us.
