Better wrestler? Savage, hands down. No reason at all to explain why.

And as pointed out in The Self Destruction of Ultimate Warrior DVD, he was a sloppy and dangerous worker and lots of guys didn't like being around him, let alone working with him. I agree the better technical wrestler was the macho man, but using the "self destruction..." DVD as your resource to backup your argument doesn't give you any merits. You do know that dvd has a lot of half truths in it, right? Ironically both Macho Man and the Warrior both say good things about each other and enjoyed working with each other.

You do know that dvd has a lot of half truths in it, right? . Most of the information of the SDOTUW DVD was common knowledge among members of the fledging IWC in the mid 90s. The dirt sheets began reporting Warrior's rep for sloppiness even before that. Moreover, a person doesn't even need to hear other wrestlers talk about how dangerous Warrior was. Just watch a few of his matches to see how reckless and uncoordinated he was.

I like them both and they certainly had great chemistry in the ring I don't think Ive ever seen a bad Warrior Macho match and folks forget it takes TWO to have a great match keep that in mind when trashing the Warrior he really isn't as bad in the ring as he was made out to be by the Meltzer dirt sheet marks

^ ...he blew up in just about every single match he ever had. how does that not qualify as 'bad in the ring'?

Savage was WITHOUT question, the better wrestler. Everyday of the week.
Warrior, at this peak, was more OVER regardless of what people like to think. He is the ONLY person to be in the main event of a WrestleMania as the Intercontinental Champion, which brought the title to its closest point of equaling the WWF Championship. Guys liek Savage, Hart, Perfect, and HBK kept the title up there, but not as close as Warrior's reigns.

Macho Man was the better wrestler. Warrior was a heck of a performer but his skills were not as good as Macho Man.

^ ...he blew up in just about every single match he ever had. how does that not qualify as 'bad in the ring'? The Road Warriors "blew up" in the ring so did Davy Boy Smith does the IWC rag on them like they rag on Warrior??? People just look for reasons to hate on the guy and people saying Warrior was a steroid abuser Savage took steroids as well as did Flair.

Yes, Davey 'roided, but he was also far more athletic than Warrior. Bulldog put on a better performance at SummerSlam '92 than Warrior ever did in his entire career.

Savage, hands down.
Warrior was great for his (limited) time, as a kid, but later on, nothing truly tremendous.
