I was just wondering if any of u have seen any Legends series besides series #1 @ Target.

I think it depends on the Target. The one closest to me still has a ton of Legends 1 while another Target down the road has Legends 3.

yeah guys targets are franchised apparently, they do their own inventory and their own orders. They all don't get sent the same things. They are a gamble if and when they get new figures

I thought they had an automatic reorder system which reordered when a item becomes of a certain quanity most likely something yours did not and still have Legends 1. Mine is mixed with all 3 sets. |

Target does have an automatic reordering system - it is not franchised. They cannot order their own product at all, but they can adjust their numbers accordingly if there is a stock discrepency.
Basically each Target is designed to have XX amount of each DCPI number (the number used for each item). Basics have a DCPI, Elites have a DCPI, Legends have a DCPI, etc. The flaw is that it doesn't know the difference between series. Legends 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 all have the same DCPI number. If Target has 10 Legends in the backroom, they may be 10 of series 1, 5 of series 1 and 5 of series 2, or 8 of series 1 and 2 of series 4 - it doesn't differentiate between series.
Most Targets got loaded up with Legends 1, and have not sold down enough to get replenished. And if they do get replenished it may be series 1, 2, 3, or maybe even 4, because all the inventory system at the warehouse sees is that the store needs another case of that DCPI number, so whatever they ship is the replenishment.
Hope that wasn't too confusing, and for the record my store still is loaded up with series 1.

The latest Legends at Target here are Series 3. Still, K-Mart is the place for Legends Figures.

the target by my work still has series 1 and in their system it shows that they have them in the stockroom...i'm wondering if those are series 2 and 3... and they won't pull it from the back for me either..

I hope they clear out of the Legends 2 figs soon so I can find the rest of Legends 3. So we've got folks finding 3, some only at 2, and some stuck back at 1. I really wish the distribution from Mattel was more consistent nationwide, ya know?

My Targets only have Legends 2 & 3 since Dec. The only store by me that still has Legends Series 1 is KMart

all of my targets seem to just have legends 2. i saw legends 3 for the first time today at TRU -- and my kmarts all have legends 1, HOF and 4. wierd.
