If Diesel is back for good and he plans on staying until at least WrestleMania 27, then Big Daddy Cool Diesel I can see him having a match at the showcase of the immortals, I see Diesel vs. The Big Show at WrestleMania 27 especially after that staredown they had, if WWE creative don't capitalize on that opportunity, then it will be really unfortunate. Diesel after the pop he got yesterday, he should definitely stay for at least Mania so that he can have at least one final match at Mania

It was reported that he wasn't sticking around, but who knows. On paper, it's a nice little special attraction, but it would be an absolute train wreck. I'm not opposed to it, as long as it doesn't take up much time.

IMO, the match would be terrible now. Whilst I'm Glad Nash used the Diesel Gimmick last night, I don't think he has it in him anymore to be back full time, but could very well stay to till Wrestlemania.

During the rumble match, while Kevin Nash was down, one of the referees spoke with him briefly. After he was eliminated, he did the stare down with The Big Show. This may have been an audible from backstage, due to him being so over. It's possible they may have been trying to plant the seeds for something down the line.

Diesel vs. Drew McIntyre, old-school vs. new-school

That would make literally no sense. Besides, Drew has his own little thing going right now.

I honestly think he's sticking around. From what he's said, and from the fact he's using the Diesel gimmick, makes me believe that WWE is trying to give him some sort of character and persona that kids are drawn to. I mean, Diesel and his look are far more marketable than plain old Kevin Nash.

Diesel but what brand to put him on, either RAW or SmackDown, if he stays, then I can see him being put on SmackDown especially if he stays

But if they don't put Diesel on the blue brand Smackdown, then they will for sure put him on RAW if he stays

I mean, Diesel and his look are far more marketable than plain old Kevin Nash. From what he said? He's Nash! He's self-promoting. It's what he does. Going on using the Diesel gimmick would be really lame. We all know who he is. And that gimmick is dead. There is nowhere to go with it. WWE is PG, but "Diesel" is too ridiculous.

I've figured that there are two ways they could bring Triple H back: feud with Sheamus due to putting him out of action last year, or feud with Undertaker due to him retiring Shawn Michaels last year. Honestly, Nash could take either of those spots. He can either avenge his pal Hunter by facing Sheamus (but in this scenario, Triple H couldn't return until after WM, since it wouldn't make sense to have Nash fight his battle for him) or he could avenge his pal Shawn by facing Undertaker.
Personally, I'd rather see either of those than a match with the Big Show. Of course, just because they had that staredown doesn't mean they'd have to wrestle one another. They could work together in a tag match, perhaps even winning the tag titles just for a brief, feel-good run.

Personally, I hope Nash is sitting at home drinking a beer on April 3ed and is nowhere near a wrestling ring in Atlanta.

I'm just pretty sure it was a staredown to make us long time wrestling nerds mark out just a little more. If they had a neck brace lying around, they probably would have snapped it on his neck just for that moment.

It's about buyrates and money and I just dont see people flooding their money into WWE for Nash vs. Big Show.
If their was a gimmick match like a 20 man battle royal filled with non roster superstars then why not but other than that he cant really pull out a good match so nothing for him, the rumble was perfect for him as its get him the big pop, the big return, some in ring action without over doing it and a nice wave good bye.

Am I the only one that wants to see Big Daddy have one last match at Mania before he calls it a career

I'd be ok with Nash vs. Show, but it's not something I'd be to worried about seeing.
I hope he's there that weekend during the Hall of fame ceremony, but I don't need to see him in the ring.

Am I the only one that wants to see Big Daddy have one last match at Mania before he calls it a career Wouldnt mind one last match, I just dont think it would be good, dont put him EC as he would take the place of a young talent. WM he would again be wasting some of the newer talents match time. Maybe after at Summerslam he could have a big match with his buddy HHH. Either against or a 1 month run with the tag titles.

I wouldn't mind him staying to have a match with someone.

I still think Nash can offer a lot if he takes the commentary desk. He seems to have mellowed out a lot over the years, and is absolutely hilarious.
