-A solid promo. Basically to make the WHC Match tonight look more interesting. -Swagger over Kofi is the right call. I'm for sure you'll push Swagger as you always do. Good win for him. -Kane over Drew McIntyre to get in is also good. But I'm definitely surprised to see a heel/heel match. -Alberto over Santino was basically to promote the whole RR Winner thing. -A love the idea of a double Qualifier. Show and Mysterio in was expected. -Edge over Dolph Ziggler was expected too. Del Rio's interference and Christian's return made this show very realistic. -Good show.

Liked the opening stuff with Edge and him making sure everyone knows he's ready for a challenge. Not a big fan of Ziggler getting speared, especially only for Edge to then hold his title up and focus on Del Rio. Swagger in the chamber is fine with me. Kane was a given. Del Rio over Marella is to be expected. I was half expecting you to have Barrett/Ezekiel win. Not a huge fan of Booker and Diesel running down, but I imagine if it's just for a match at Elimination Chamber or whatever; it should be alright.
Would have preferred Eve to get the win in the tag team match, just to solidify her as Divas Champion. I like Phoenix though and hope you have plans for her. Not sure I like Ziggler and Vickie fleeing when Del Rio came out, you would think they'd be pissed that he's cost them the World Championship - but it makes sense in the context of things. Christian coming out is interesting.
Interested to see where you go with things.

Nice little kick-off to the show for Smackdown with the heated promo between Edge and ADR. With you, though, I have no idea which title Alberto will challenge for at Mania. Looking forward to the rematch between Edge and Ziggler later on, though. Surprising, especially with how downhill Swagger has gone since Summerslam, to see him pull of the victory. I'm not complaining about it though. Better decision in this situation to have Kane pull off the win against McIntyre - who I really hope ends up doing better soon. Liking the confidence of the Corre here about the match later on. Obvious victory for ADR over Santino/man who should've won (Not seriously, it just would of been an epic mark out moment if he actually did only to follow with the descending emotion of how horrendous of a decision it would be). Enjoyable tag team match; makes for interesting work with the qualifying. Probably for the better to have Mysterio and Show get the win, as they really would have nothing better to do at the pay-per-view. Awesome to see Diesel and Booker still in - would enjoy a tag team match at Elimination Chamber, too. Eh; blah diva's match. Better decision to have the faces win, though, following a heel diva winning on Monday. I'm unsure about the match going to a disqualification here, would've much rather preferred to have Edge pull off the victory cleanly and then an Alberto attack. A pretty good time to bring back Christian, I must say, as it can easily progress a feud between ADR and Edge heading into Mania (which I am expecting now).
Good show, Elliot. Glad to have you back, broski.

WWE SmackDown: Friday 4th February 2011...Alright, decent tag team win for Chris Masters and Trent Barreta against Tyler Reks and Chavo Guerrero. Barreta needs to make his way onto SmackDown television, really. Masters is worthy of a WWE Intercontinental Championship reign down the line. Edge's promo was a hot way to kick off the show, and I liked Alberto Del Rio's appearance to brag about how he won the Royal Rumble match. Dolph Ziggler getting a rematch at the World Heavyweight Championship is great, even though I doubt he will win. I really wish you didn't do two Elimination Chamber matches for the two big titles. It's just unlikeable. There will surely be two title changes, prove me wrong. Elimination Chamber is essentially where the brand split disappears, but please retain that. Jack Swagger in Elimination Chamber is better. I hope to see Kofi Kingston defend the WWE Intercontinental Championship in a few weeks. Kane beat Drew McIntyre in last year's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, as well as a Money in the Bank qualifying match into WrestleMania XXVI. Interesting, but both men are heel and that is confusing. Expected Alberto Del Rio to defeat his runner up from the Royal Rumble, Santino Marella. Was happy to see this. Big Show and Rey Mysterio both advancing to Elimination Chamber was expected, wish Wade Barrett at least had gotten in. Ezekiel Jackson would have been a beast in that match. Booker T and Diesel making the save against the Corre was great, still expecting Diesel against Big Show fairly soon. Not sure about Diesel and Booker teaming up in the midcard against the Corre though. Eve, Natalya and Beth Phoenix against Laycool and Melina was a fine six-woman tag match. No problem here. Lastly, obvious main event defense by Edge against Ziggler. Enjoyable match, liked Edge and Christian returning together, didn't like Kelly Kelly's prescense though. A decent episode, very busy.
