Just about any "sequel" to a major show...
Baywatch Nights (spin off of Baywatch)
Enos (spin off of Dukes of Hazzard)

while it is terribly cheesy now, as an 11 yr old coming off the original turtle cartoon ending a few years prior, the next mutation was the greatest thing in the world and to this day had some of the coolest looking turtle outfits ever, they all had their own style bandanna and the cool wrestling style taping to this day no one realizes it wasn't a failure it just didn't get the high expectation ratings to warrant the budget they were using to produce the show but it did indeed have high ratings, they just didn't do power ranger numbers, had the budget been lower we might have seen a few more seasons

The Scrubs spin-off wasnt all that great either unforunately. The show itself wasn't that bad, but no where near as good as the original 8 seasons. It was a pretty big failure in the ratings too.

Surprised no one has mentioned this yet. Did it really fail horribly? I can't remember if only 6 were made and that would be that, or if it stopped there or what. I saw the series more recently on Adult Swim and actually thought it was really funny.

I saw the series more recently on Adult Swim and actually thought it was really funny. Only six episodes were ever produced. Only two ever aired. Granted, its failure can be attributed to a number of different sources, but in the end, the ratings were miserable, and it was pulled after two episodes.

I know they re-broadcasted them all years later on Adult Swim. Horrible failure commercially or not, I still thought it was pretty funny.

IDK if miserably necessarily describes it, but I would have enjoyed more than just 13 episodes of Mission Hill.
