Since he is the youngest out of the 3 sons of the Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase, Sr. only at the ripe old age of 22 years old, Brett DiBiase from what I have seen of him in FCW looks like he is ready for the big time. Brett DiBiase the little brother of Ted DiBiase Jr. & Mike DiBiase II, the son of The Million Dollar Man, and the grandson of Iron Mike DiBiase I, Brett is a 3rd generation superstar and from what I have seen from him in the ring, he is pretty talented.
Not only that but remember back at SummerSlam 2009, Brett DiBiase interfered in Randy Orton's WWE Championship Match against John Cena attacking Cena as a fan, and causing the distraction for Orton to beat Cena.
They could have brought him in that way by bringing Brett DiBiase into Legacy making it a 4-man stable

Brett DiBiase if anything I could see him even becoming a bigger and better star than his older brother Ted Jr. since Ted has been lost in the shuffle since he has left Legacy, and that Legacy was supposed to do great things for DiBiase Jr. but it didn't, and now we have his little brother Brett, and if the WWE were smart, they would make Brett a star

Brett has been hurt and out of action for like 8 months. Prior to that he was still pretty green. I have enjoyed his commentary on FCW, but then Eric Escobar was pretty decent at commentary on FCW too. I remember being excited about the concept of the Fortunate Sons led by Ted Jr. and having Hennig and Brett Dibiase to fill out the stable, but that concept seems to be long forgotten. If anything, I would rather see Richie Steamboat, Hennig and Ted Jr. all join forces to fill out that stable.
Additionally, there are a handful of guys that deserve to be brought up before Dibiase even gets a look. Seth Rollins and Richie Steamboat being the two most obvious candidates. I would put Xavier Woods, Percy Watson, Titus O'Neill, and Bo Rotundo on my list of guys I would rather see up than Dibiase as well. Brett is like a poor mans Ted and they aren't even doing anything relevant with Ted right now.

If WWE actually had a tag team division, yeah.
