Especially since Richie is so experienced and talented in the ring, has been wrestling ever since he was a teenager, and not only that but his dad is a legendary WWE Hall of Famer, Ricky The Dragon Steamboat, it is a wonder where Richie has gotten so much of his wrestling accumen from, I can for sure see Richie getting called up to the main roster and he would not even have to go through NXT first, and if the WWE do bring in The Dragon's son, will Richie be a face or heel when they bring him in?

Haha, man you're not wrong about Richie being talented but you gotta put things in perspective; Nick Dinsmore (Eugene) was in developmental for something like eight years before being called up. Meanwhile, Mason Ryan has barely any experience and is green as grass, and he's a featured guy now.
Unfortunately for Richie he's not gassed to the gills or anything so I think that's gonna work against him getting brought up and even when he does, you know, you just gotta look at how they've used guys like say, Low-Ki, to see how a guy who doesn't fit the mold of what they consider a star gets used.
Hopefully though he'll get his shot, I just wouldn't be so optimistic about it though.

But if they debut Richie as a heel, I think he will get his shot, especially if they debut a new stable The Fortunate Sons with Ted Jr. as leader, and they bring in Richie Steamboat to be a part of this stable

where's this "Fortunate Sons" gimmick coming from? I've seen it on WF on more than one occassion (I think when Sunka's boy was in the company). I know it's a hypothetical group, but the name sounds so lame - why not "Kings of Nepotism"?

Is it because he'd be the 'Ricky Steamboat of the group'?

Is it because he'd be the 'Ricky Steamboat of the group'? And Ted Dibease would be the Ted Dibease of the group.

I could see it happening soon. He has a lot of talent in my opinion. I think they should really play on the fact that he is the son of Ricky Steamboat when he enters the WWE, in order to establish him as a formidable force due to the fact that, as somebody previously mentioned, he doesn't exactly possess the most intimidating physique.

I've seen it on WF on more than one occassion (I think when Sunka's boy was in the company). I know it's a hypothetical group, but the name sounds so lame - why not "Kings of Nepotism"? It was the tag team name of Brett DiBiase and Joe Hennig in FCW.
