I'll wait to post my thoughts whenever RSC uploads their pics, but just a wrestling question here: is Survivor Series 1996 when Undertaker dropped the old purple glove look and transitioned to that pre-Ministry look he had for a couple years? That's how he looked when I started watching (97) if so.

I'm probably the only one who cares, but I am EXTREMELY disappointed that there is no Elite Dashing Cody Rhodes in the works. There are going to be 2 DiBiases, why can't there be a new Cody with the jacket, teethy smile scan, cigarette and mirror.

an Elite Dashing Cody Rhodes and updated CM Punk and maybe a new diva or 2 would have been awesome but i am very happy with what Mattel showed today, I also wish they woulda showed Del Rio in person instead of just the proto pics we've seen

That's how he looked when I started watching (97) if so. Yes. He lost a buried alive match the previous month in a match with Mankind, and the purple gloved hand stuck up out of the dirt. He returned at Survivor Series with the new look.

^Ah, thanks pc83uk! -----
And as far as Cody goes for those asking, I'd rather wait to see Cody in his mirror jacket. If you guys remember, he originally just wore a plain jacket with some silver designs on it. Then he eventually got the mirror on the back, and then the updated designs on the front. That's the look that suits him best, and if Mattel jumped the gun and just did his original jacket, it wouldn't be nearly as cool. I'm sure they'll make him later this year.

Thanks for the (mostly) positive feedback on these figures. I wanted to jump in and clarify some things that seem to keep coming up in this thread.
Triple H's pants on the Defining Moments figure are meant to be completely removable so that you can also display the figure as the winner of the 2002 Royal Rumble if you so chose to. That is why the hands have the full taping deco as well. The pants are a little wide at the bottom I agree, but they needed to be that wide in order that they could be taken off and put on the figure easily.
Legends 5 was shown in its entirety. it consists of Eddie Guerrero, Ultimate Warrior from Wrestlemania 6, WCCW era Kevin and Kerry Von Erich and also Texas Tornado Kerry Von Erich. Subsequent waves will be four figures only. if you did not see your favorite Legend here yet do not despair as we are working on some amazing figures that we cannot show just yet until they are close to production and ready to show.
I can also throw out this cryptic tidbit. One of the figures shown will undergo a color change. I cannot say which one yet, but you will notice when it occurs.
Thanks Bill

If WCCW era Von Erichs are in Legends...does that mean that Legends 2 packs series 2 are cancelled? If that is so...then where are the Rockers?
Oh and over on toynewsi.com, they had just a small tidbit from the Mattel panel that said this "For WWE look for a Eddie Guerrero and Diva Natalya in the Legends line." I have no idea why Natalya would be in the Legends line, do you think it could be that they were told Eddie Guerrero and Neidhart would be in the Legends line and they just assumed Nayalya since she is on the current roster? Very confusing comment...

Really hoping that the color change is Eddie's boots (and possibly his tights from red to green ;D ) And I'm going to guess that you mean Legends 6

Still no DDP. Boo!
I am blown away by all these new figures. Going to have to make some very tough decisions for the sake of my bank account.

So Legends 6 is: Eddie Guerrero Ultimate Warrior Kevin Von Erich Kerry Von Erich Texas Tornado Correct? I don't think so. I think the Keven & Kerry (white) are still a 2-Pack. I think Series 6 is Warrior, Tornado, Eddie and a figure not unveiled yet. Remember last year the Dragon was shown prior to what they wanted when someone put it out early by mistake.
