TF2011: COMPLETE Jakks TNA & UFC Video Coverage

The Jakks announcement won't be anything major to me unless they say that DI 5, DI 6, and CTL 4 are being released this month and next month. There is nothing else that matters because announcing new figures doesn't mean crap when they can't even get their figures out that they already have announced.

Why? I [much like others] have dropped $200+ dollars into the next three series of figures only for them to be pushed back time and time again. What can Jakks announce that will get me excited when they can't keep their main two lines on track? Yes, delays will happen but every series has been delayed with the exception of one or two. I pre-order something in December and now it won't come out until July [if it's released then]. So, yeah... I'm going to be a little pissed.

So, unless Jakks announces they're going to be released soon, then I really don't see how much a major announcement could mean to me.

EDIT: And this is coming from one of Jakks biggest backers on this forum. I drove to Orlando almost directly for the Slammiversary Figure Deal, too. So, I'm not some Mattel fan trashing Jakks because they're not Mattel.

The big announcement is another Jeff Hardy figure with Matt Hardy? Blah! What a let down.

Video 1 Thoughts:

- Jeff & Matt Two-Pack? We don't need another Jeff Hardy figure, Jakks! You could have given us something better like AJ Styles with all the TNA Championship painted [think the HBK exclusive].

- Dixie Carter has had a head-scan done, excited about that one. Said to be out in 2011.

- They are working on the Immortal Belt [figure and role-play belt]. No time-frame announced.

- Real-Scale Four Sided Ring Exclusive out in 2011. Possible Ultimate X Real-Scale. "Things in the works". Great news!

- Still working on NJPW figures; nothing really new.

- Com mentors/Referees is a "possiblity". It's possible they'll be in a chase series wether it is the main line or in the ring. Maybe exclusive like Dixie. They want to make everyone associated with the roster. Yes!

- May could see a commentator booth, etc. with a real scale ring.

- Generation Me, Shannon Moore are coming out. No release date or series.

- Ruthless iMPACT is on hold.

Very Disapointed to hear the news of no RI figure lineups, I don't much care for the idea of buying a DA figure just for the head.

Not sure a Hardys 2 pack is really a huge announcement but bless him for thinking it is.

I would love to find out about Knockout belt, and maybe Knockout Tag belts.

And maybe some more KO news. Like Sarita. ^_^

Kind of disappointed in the Q&A, it was more of a "Maybe" than a Q&A. Some good info but nothing too amazing compared to years past.

Jakks guy seems sad.

I'm glad that my question was asked and asked pretty good. Unfortunately the answer is kind of weak. Jakks should absolutely be capitalizing on weapons and pack-ins to counter something that WWE/Mattel aren't doing at the lower price points.

Jakks should be very smart and try to do things that Mattel isn't doing. Jakks already has a lot of weapons and accessories already tooled. Why not release them? The price would be very cheap for them.

The Micro Impact arena not coming out? Sounds like he's mad that TNA changed their ring... But that was a great set and should have been released. That was completely tooled (at least the ring and cage you an get them overseas) so it's a shame that they aren't trying to produce it.

I understand not wanting to reveal all of their plans because of Mattel, but you have to give fans something to be interested.
