^ it's a 1/100 chance you'll find him. He spawns with either the Annihilator or the Stun Gun, or nothing. He has a massive amount of health, and he attacks everyone in sight until its just you and him.
Killing him levels up your character, and grants you ether $100,000 or $300,000.

Found the ending where..
SPOILERS IN WHITE DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SPOILED
The ending where you save Shaundi, and then you do 'Gangstas in Space' to be weird, why did they have to make Killbain say "I am your father" to the protagonist? Seemed un-needed.

^^^I found that to be really funny myself. As for Prof. Genki, I had no idea you could actually run into him, I never did, but it's pretty cool that you can.

I love how quickly the game can just degenerate into chaos. Last week I put it on with the intention of doing something, but got into a huge battle against the police instead. Then last night my friend joins me online and the same thing happened.

I love the mindless chaos in this game, I can play it for hours on end without doing anything productive!

I love the mindless chaos in this game, I can play it for hours on end without doing anything productive! I know. When I unlocked the Apoco-Fist, I just went around for like 20 minutes, hitting people and cars with it. Same thing after I downloaded the fish gun, that summons the Steel Port sewer shark.

So I take it I should have done the assassination side-missions before I took over the entire city. One assassination tells me to harass a target's Luchadore buddies but, there aren't any of them left.

You can still do them. you just go to the location it tell's you to go to, and there should be a group of them. I know because i did all the hit-man & chop shop after beating the story. BTW I've ran into Prof. Genki three times in my game, two times doing trail blazing(So i couldn't fight him) Third time found just running around, Genki sure can take a beating ;D

There are absolutely no gang members... anywhere. They are all gone.

Hi Genki. Bye Genki. That was a fun fuelled way to spend 10 minutes. In the middle of a survival wave against the cops when Genki decides to show up.

Here's a question, is there a way to get into the 3-count casino after I already own it? I can only get up to the penthouse. I need to get in the casino for one of the assassinations.

I don't think so. I've just driven around that building and had a look inside the back garage but can't find a way inside.
