TNA iMPACT: The Return of an Icon March 10th, 2011 Fayettville, North Carolina
The music of “The Icon” Sting plays as he comes down with the TNA World Heavyweight Championship draped over his shoulder. He thanks the network for the chance to get back in the game but is very disappointed that now he has to work for Hogan and Bischoff. Eric Bischoff comes onto the stage and tells Sting that he is exactly right, he works for Bischoff and Hogan now which means that he'll do what they tell him to do which brings him to Victory Road. He then books Jeff Hardy vs. Sting in the main event for the TNA Worlds Heavyweight Championship. Sting says unlike Jeff Hardy, he doesn't avoid challengers and will “gladly” defend the title at Victory Road.
Backstage, Fortune are shown talking about the return of “The Icon”. They seem to have mixed emotions on his return, AJ Styles claims that he and Sting need to have a “heart to heart” about where Sting stands in the eyes of Fortune. Beer Money and Kazarian seem to approve as AJ Styles leaves the locker room.
The Amazing Red defeated Robbie E A strong opener for TNA iMPACT with Amazing Red making his return to TNA Wrestling with a solid match with Robbie E. The match started off with Red in control but Robbie E took advantage when Cookie tripped up Amazing Red. Robbie E would dominate for a few minutes until Red pushes out of a cutter to retake control of the match. Red would pick up the victory with a standing shooting star press. We see a few replays of the shooting star press as Red celebrates his return victory while Cookie checks on her man, Robbie E.
AJ Styles is shown walking backstage looking for Sting when he bumps into Hulk Hogan. Styles groans at the site of Hogan and the feeling seems mutual. Hogan tells Styles he shouldn't be worried about talking to Sting, but should be more worried about his match tonight against Hernandez. Styles pushes past Hogan and goes to find Sting. Hogan stares at Styles as he leaves with disgust on his face.

TNA Knockout Champion, Madison Rayne defeated Shark Girl in a non-title match When Madison Rayne laid out her open challenge, she never expected to hear the music of Shark Boy playing until Shark Girl walks out onto the stage. Mike Tenay says he's heard about Shark Girl before from Shark Boy, but thought it was a myth! Rayne and Shark Girl put on a good match would saw Madison Rayne pick up the victory following the Rayne Drop for the pin fall victory. Madison Rayne takes a bow and leaves the ring, as Shark Girl wrenches in pain.
Backstage, AJ Styles has found “The Icon” Sting in his dressing room. Sting is happy to see Styles but quickly figures out, Styles might not be too happy to see him. Styles proclaims that Sting isn't a super-hero who is going to swoop in and save the day from Immortal and that Fortune will not take a backseat to anyone, including Sting. Sting says Styles has it all wrong because he was asked by the network to wrestle Hardy last week, he's not here to “save” the day unless he's asked to. Styles makes a joke about Sting should look for the bat signal because it won't ever come before walking out. Sting shakes his head and almost seems offended by Styles.
Mr. Anderson makes his way down to the ring without his music and snatches a microphone from ringside. He says that there will be no catchphrases tonight because he's livid! He states that it's one thing for Hogan and Bischoff to screw him over, because that's in their nature but it's crap for the network to screw him out of another title shot. He demands the network to make things right and give him a TNA World Title shot – tonight! Eric Bischoff comes onto the stage and refuses to even allow the network to make such a call because Anderson already has a match... right now! Anderson obviously had no clue since he's in his street attire still, when Rob Terry's music hits.
Rob Terry defeated Mr. Anderson via DQ Rob Terry got into the ring along with an official and Anderson went on the attack. Anderson wasn't out to win a wrestling match, he was out to send a message and he did just that. He beat Terry up in the ring before rolling to the arena floor and grabbing a steel chair. Anderson took the chair to the ribs and back of Terry before Terry pulls himself up and gets nailed in the head with a chair shot. The official obviously DQ's Anderson. Post-match, he gets on a microphone and tells the “network”, that he will keep beating and bloodying people until he gets what he wants... and there is no exceptions!
A video airs showing Jeff and Karen Jarrett on their honeymoon. It seems like a romantic setting with the two standing on the side of a boat looking out onto the ocean until we hear kids screaming... we then realize they're on the Nickelodeon kids cruise.

Mike Tenay and Taz are shown on camera where they speak about “Victory Road” on pay-per-view, this Sunday night. They announce a few new matches including Kazarian vs. Robbie E in a rematch from Against All Odds, Madison Rayne's open challenge, Matt Morgan vs. Hernadez, among others before sending it to the ring.
“The Pope” D'Angelo Dinero defeated Tommy Dreamer This was an alright match, but nothing spectacular between these two guys. It was mainly “The Pope” running right through the innovator of violence. Dinero picked up the win following the “DDE” in the corner. After the match, “The Pope” proclaims that Samoa Joe has been ducking him and is afraid of him until Samoa Joe comes out onto the stage! Joe says he's not ducking Pope and is just waiting for the perfect time to strike... which is this Sunday. Joe challenges Dinero to a match at Victory Road to “settle their differences” which Dinero accepts.
A video airs of The Motor City Machine Guns speaking on their absence lately. They point out the injury of Alex Shelley but proclaim that TNA needs heros right now for their tag team division, and they're going to get them in The Motor City Machine Guns. They tell the fans to rest assure, they'll be back before they know it.
The cameras turn to the ring again where Ink Inc is standing, they hype the fans up for their tag team title match at “Victory Road” stating it's the beginning of the rise for Ink Inc. They say they're the voice of those who aren't afraid to be different and be themselves until Beer Money Inc interrupts them. Roode and Storm claim that they're the voice of ninety percent of the world, because who doesn't love beer and money? Roode says they commend Ink Inc on their guts, but come Sunday... guts won't matter because it'll be Beer Money Inc's hands being raised in victory. “Sorry... 'bout your damn luck!”.
[commercial]
Another video of Jeff and Karen Jarrett on their honeymoon airs from “earlier this week”, the scene has changed as Jeff and Karen are sitting on the beach when all of a sudden Eric Young pops up behind Jeff's chair. Karen is freaking out saying it's suppose to be their honeymoon. Eric says that he snuck on the boat, Jarrett tries to explain that's a crime but Young says it's not because he's the captain of the ship even has a hat! Jarrett is tickled by it, but Karen clearly isn't.
AJ Styles defeated Hernandez A great way to close the show with lots of back and forth action, Hernandez used his stregth to counter-act the highflying and quickness of “The Phenomenal One” but ultimately, Super-Mex lost control of the match to Styles and it was down hill from there. Styles was able to nail a pele kick on Hernandez and hit the Springboard 450 Slash for the victory. After the match, Matt Hardy along with Gunner and Murphy attacked AJ Styles until Beer Money Inc came down to help, Jeff Hardy came down to help out and the numbers were against Fortune until Kazarian came down to the ring but Robbie E attacked him from behind, sending Kazarian off the ramp into the guardrails. A huge chant of “WE WANT STING!” broke out before Sting never came out as Fortune was left in a heap thanks to Immortal. The show goes off air with Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy, Gunner, and Murphy standing over Styles and Beer Money inc in the ring while Robbie E stares down at a broken Kazarian on the stage.

TNA iMPACT: Thursday 10th March 2011...Sting opening the show is good, mixed emotion on Sting as TNA World Heavyweight Champion, but I do enjoy how he's opposing Immortal. I'm just wondering what else you can do with him, honestly. I wonder what you can fit into Victory Road. Should have had Sting return on March 3rd and not win the title, rather save it to win the belt on pay-per-view. The Amazing Red back is great, good win against the abysmal Robbie E. Like the layout on this, by the way. Madison Rayne beating Shark Girl is fine. Not really kept up with the womens division in TNA, so. Do enjoy this recurring scenario with AJ Styles and Sting. A lot of history there. Rob Terry beating Mr Anderson is fine, I guess. Bad for Anderson: Rob Terry is green as hell. Disqualification finish was good. Kennedy against the "network". Hm, too ECW. D'Angelo Dinero as a heel is cool, hopefully he's better than he was last heel run. Tommy Dreamer's purpose is pretty lacking, really. Samoa Joe and Dinero should be a hot match for Victory Road. Ink Inc. is a team I'm not really bothered about, but Beer Money Inc have so little to do nowadays. AJ Styles beating Hernandez is a weak but effective main event, liked the inclusion of run-ins at the end, very realistic. A decent show overall. Just keep on this diary.

Loved that Shark Girl made an appearance, good choice. Don't like Amazing Red's random win against Robbie E when he's supposed to be having momentum. I really enjoyed the ending, but the main event is pretty weak, overall. The Jarrett wedding skits sound realistic... so good job.

March 13th, 2011 Orlando, Florida Beer Money Inc vs. Ink Inc for the TNA World Tag Team Championship The fans seemed surprised that the X-Division wouldn't be kicking off the show, but it didn't matter as Ink Inc made their entrance first as the crowd cheered them on. These two tag teams showed that tag team wrestling wasn't dead with lots of quick tags and tag team moves to please the crowd. Beer Money Inc took charge of the match from the start of things but Ink Inc quickly rose to the occasion and Jesse Neal began to go toe-to-toe with James Storm in the middle of the ring. Neal sent Storm into the ropes and back dropped him onto the mat to the mixed reaction of the iMPACT Zone! Neal made the tag to Moore who leaped off the top rope with a double axe handle to the arm of Storm. Storm and Moore went at it for a few minutes until they both had the same thought and hit a double clothesline. They crowd got behind both men which fired them up to make the tags to their partners which allowed Roode to come in and take it to Jesse Neal. The ending saw Storm hit a super-kick on Shannon Moore which took him out of the match, Storm turned around got Jesse Neal speared him out of his boots almost! This allowed Roode time to recover and hit the Payoff on Neal for the victory! After the match, the two teams shook hands but Ink Inc was obviously disappointed. Winners: And Still TNA Tag Team Champions... Beer Money! Backstage, Mr. Anderson is interviewed about his match with Rob Terry tonight. Anderson just stares at Christy Hemme before walking off. Anderson vs. Rob Terry is later tonight. A video package airs looking at the build-up to Samoa Joe vs. D'Angelo Dinero. “The Samoan Submission Machine” Samoa Joe vs. “The Pope” D'Angelo Dinero Dinero attacked Joe during his entrance to take the quick advantage at the ringside area. Joe was tossed into the steps shoulder first which Dinero decided wasn't enough and rammed Joe's shoulder right into the post before tossing him into the ring. Dinero seemed to wait to embarrass Joe but winning submission as he worked on his arm the entire match, which also took a lot of Joe since both his finishers calls for his arm to be used. Joe tried to fight back but Dinero was always one step ahead of him, but also took a few cheap shots throughout the match. Joe finally got in control when Dinero went to drop kick Joe, but he side stepped it. The match started to build some steam when Dinero to add insult to injury by locking the choke that was made famous by Samoa Joe on. Joe didn't tap and got the rope. The ending saw Dinero go for the DDE in the corner but Joe moved out of the way ending Dinero knees first into the corner. Joe then applied an STF through the pain for the victory. Winner: “The Samoan Submission Machine” Samoa Joe Backstage, “The Icon” Sting is shown warming up backstage when Christy Hemme comes in asking for comments regarding the main event. Sting spoke on how great it was to be back on top of the world, but knew that he had a huge target on his back especially from those in Immortal. He made it clear that he welcomed any and all challengers. Hemme asked Sting what many fans are wondering – what's going on with him and AJ Styles. Sting tip-toed around the answer and said “egos are going to get in the way of friendships” before walking off. Mr. Anderson vs. Rob Terry Anderson made his way down to the ring and did his introduction but said he was off his game as he was tired of being screwed by the politics. Eric Bischoff then came out and broke the news that Rob Terry wasn't cleared to wrestle and wouldn't be forced into it. Anderson called for a microphone and called Bischoff out out his hypocritical actions considering Bischoff forced Anderson into wrestling, when he wasn't exactly 100%. Bischoff laughed and said that he no longer has to play fair because he and Hogan control TNA. Anderson was obviously pissed off as Bischoff smiled and returned backstage. Winner: No Contest Backstage, AJ Styles is in the interview area with Christy Hemme and talks about his match with Matt Hardy. Styles proclaims that he's sick of these “superstars” coming in and thinking that this is their house. He told Matt Hardy to look around him because the walls surrounding him were built by Fortune among others. Styles turned to leave but Hemme wanted his thoughts on what Sting said, Styles said that the only person that has an ego between him and Sting, is Sting. AJ Styles vs. Matt Hardy, it's next. “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles vs. “Cold Blood” Matt Hardy Styles and Hardy sized one another at the start of the match between digging into one another as the match progressed. Ric Flair was in the corner of Matt Hardy which obviously played a role into the mind-set of AJ Styles while Tenay questioned if Styles had his mind on Sting. Hardy took Styles to the mat early on and slowed it down, maybe a little to much as the crowd grew restless until Styles worked his way to his feet and took advantage of the match, using more of his Style in the match. Hardy could keep up with the pace of Styles but did his best. Styles was able to hit the pele kick and a springboard 450 splash for the victory. Winner: “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles A video package airs looking back at the history between “The Blueprint” Matt Morgan and Hernandez. Hernandez vs. “The Blueprint” Matt Morgan Hernandez attacked Morgan during his entrance and the two brawled around the ringside area before finally getting into the ring to officially start the match. The two exchanged power moves for the majority of the match with neither one of them getting a clear advantage. The big switch of control of the match occurred when Morgan missed the Carbon Footprint and due to how close he was to the ropes, got crotched on the top rope. Hernandez would take advantage of this slip-up and follow up with a huge Border Toss for the victory. Winner: Hernandez Madison Rayne vs. Roxxi in a TNA Knockouts Championship Match This was an okay match, but nothing outstanding. Rayne pretty much ran through Roxxi the entire match and would pick up the victory following the “Rayne Drop”. Winner: And still TNA Knockouts Champion... Madison Rayne Kazarian vs. Robbie E for the TNA X-Division Championship A good match that got the crowd on their feet throughout the entire match. Robbie E had control for the most part of the match, until Kazarian fought back to take advantage. Kazarian would pick up the victory following the reverse piledriver. Winner and still TNA X-Division Champion, Kazarian Sting [c] vs. Jeff Hardy for the TNA World heavyweight Championship [/b] This was a great main event and proved that Sting still had what it took to be on a main event level. Hardy tried every trick in the book to put Sting away but nothing would work including a Twist of Hate. Sting would pick up the victory when Hardy submitted to the Scorpion Death lock. Winner: And Still TNA World Heavyweight Champion... Sting "You can still hear the screams of those whom have come before it. You can hear the cries of mercy to those whom couldn't tame it. You can still see their flesh being torn by this monster. You can hear the warnings of stay out, but no one will listen... TNA Wrestling Presents the most dangerous pay-per-view in history... TNA iMPACT: The Road to Lockdown Starts...Here March 17th, 2011 Orlando, Florida
The music of Fortune kicks off the iMPACT broadcast as AJ Styles leads the group down to the ring. Styles is up first on the microphone where he says that something has been bugging him since the ruling put TNA in the hands of Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff, which is that in the world of pro-wrestling matters are handled in the wrestling ring... not a court room. He then lays down a challenge to Immortal for a five-on-five Lethal Lockdown match at “Lockdown” with the power of TNA Wrestling on the line [Fortune would represent Dixie Carter]. Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff come onto the stage to mock Styles and Fortune's challenge claiming that there is “no way” that would ever happen. Styles tells Bischoff and Hogan, that he always knew they were cowards from the moment they started picking on Dixie Carter. Hogan takes a few shots at each member of Fortune claiming they're the past of TNA Wrestling, when Styles pipes in that Hogan is just a bitter old man knowing he can't do the things in his prime that Fortune can do. Bischoff sees that Styles is trying to get into Hogan's head and tries to calm Hogan down, but Hogan fails to listen and accepts the challenge! Fortune is all smiles until Hogan bursts their bubble claiming that they have promised that every championship would be on the line at “Lockdown” which means that it will be up to AJ Styles to form a new team, because the other members of Fortune weren't eligible for the match. Fortune is angry at this decision as Hogan and Bischoff leaving, Bischoff now all smiles.

Robbie E defeated The Amazing Red to quality for the X-Division Xscape Match at “Lockdown” A good opening contest with Amazing Red looking to make a big comeback in TNA Wrestling but it wasn't his night tonight as Robbie E was able to put Red away after Red missed a shooting star press. Red picked up the victory following a cutter. After the match, Amazing Red pulls himself up in the middle of the ring when the lights go down into a red haze. The lights return to normal with Abyss standing in the ring behind Amazing Red, and then attacks Red! Abyss destroys Red before hitting him with a black hole slam in the middle of the ring. Mike Teany speculates that it was a direct message to Crimson who injured Abyss a few months back.
Backstage, Eric Bischoff seems thrilled to see “The Monster” Abyss back and mentions to Hulk Hogan that he wants Immortal to be ruthless like that heading into Lockdown. Mr. Anderson comes in and demands to know when he is getting his title shot, but Bischoff and Hogan laugh it off stating that it'll have to wait until after Lockdown. Anderson voice rises as he asks if Hardy is getting yet another championship shot, to which Hogan and Bischoff state he is because it was in the contract for the match last Sunday. Anderson knocks a lamp and a computer monitor off Bischoff's desk and grabs him by the shirt collar but Hogan stands up and tells Anderson to knock it off. Anderson let's go of Bischoff and shoves Hogan back into his chair which angers Hogan as Anderson leaves. Hogan tells Bischoff “let's teach him a lesson”.
The cameras show “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles walking into a locker room to which we see is Matt Morgan's. Styles tells Morgan that he realizes that they're not the best of friends nor will they ever be, but he wants Morgan apart of his team at “Lockdown”. Morgan declines stating that he doesn't trust AJ Styles after the crap with Immortal, Styles says he isn't asking for Morgan to trust him... he's asking for him to be on his team. Morgan still declines and Styles leaves, but turns at the door telling Morgan if he changes his mind, he knows where to find AJ Styles.
Mickie James defeated Tara This was a solid match with Mickie James wanting to build some steam up to get back on track for the Knockouts Title, but Tara didn't lay down and play dead as she gave Mickie a hard fought match. Tara almost picked up the win following the standing moonsault, but James got her shoulder up. James would pick up the victory following the “Mick-Kick” to the head of Tara. After the match, Mickie James got on the microphone and demanded a match against Madison Rayne at “Lockdown”. Rayne who was on commentary made her a deal that she would get the match, but would be forced to put her career on the line. James agreed showing just how confident she was.

When we return from commercial break, The Jarrett's are making their entrance into the iMPACT Zone. They were forced to speak over the “Sloppy Seconds” chants to make their points, Jeff stated that he doesn't want to fight with Kurt Angle anymore and actually wants to make a deal. Karen handed him a present that she brought out here and asked for Angle to come down to the ring. Kurt Angle came down to the ring and glared a hole into the Jarrett's before unwrapping the present which was “The Best of Jeff Jarrett” DVD. Angle asked if this was some sort of joke, Jarrett says it's not but wanted Angle to watch the documentary and get a better understanding of him. Angle stated he already knows enough about Jarrett to make him sick, he doesn't need to be fed anymore of his crap and throws the DVD into the crowd. Karen flips out about Angle stating that Jeff makes him sick stating that Jeff is a good man, a good husband, a good father, everything that Kurt wasn't. Angle turns around and tackles Jeff Jarrett taking him to the mat and unleashes some nasty shots on him before pulling him up for the “Angle Slam”. Angle then turns around and backs Karen into the corner, Karen is scared to death reminding Kurt that their kids were in the back watching the show. Angle backs off at this point, but gets hit with a low-blow by Jeff Jarrett! Jarrett also has a guitar from under the ring and blasts Angle in the head with it. Jarrett scream at Angle that Angle's obsession with them, it's getting old really quickly.
Backstage, Beer Money Inc are talking amongst themselves about not being allowed in “Lethal Lockdown” when all of a sudden... Ink Inc attack them. Ink Inc smashes them into the lockers and destroy Beer Money Inc before tossing a locker down on Storm and Roode. This is a total 180 from what we say at Victory Road!
Generation Me [Max & Jeremy Buck] defeated Eric Young & Orlando Jordan This seemed to more nothing more than a filler match here on iMPACT but the fans were into it as Eric Young pulled a few comedy bits into the match. Generation Me would pick up the victory following “More Bang for Your Buck”.
Jeff Hardy and Sting are shown on split-screen both heading to the ring. Sting and Jeff Hardy face-to-face and it's next.
[commercial]
“The Icon” Sting made his way down to the ring first and spoke for a few minutes about his victory over Jeff Hardy stating that he was glad to have wrestled Hardy, just wish that it was a different Hardy. Hardy came out and questioned what exactly Sting means by a “different” Hardy, because he's always been this guy. Sting says he was not this guy when the two first met back in January of 2010, because that guy was hungry and ready to help TNA, not destroy it. Hardy says that was before Hogan and Bischoff got in his ear and told him the truth about this business how it doesn't matter how nice of a guy you are, it eats you alive. Sting claims that the problem with everyone in Immortal is that Hogan and Bischoff promise all of them the world and can't deliver. Sting tells Hardy to look around him because he is in the best wrestling company in the entire world and he is trying to destroy what made it successful because of his ego. Hardy laughs and says that Sting is the last one that should be talking about egos, because everything Sting says he is going to do... he does the exact opposite because he wants that last grasp of the spotlight. Hardy tells Sting that his last fifteen minutes of fame are up at “Lockdown” because Hardy will walk out the TNA World Heavyweight Champion.. and he will fade away into the darkness for the last time. Hardy leaves the ring as Sting stands there staring as Hardy walks backstage.
A video interview with The Motor City Machine Guns air with both of them talking about Shelley's injury. Shelley says he'll be back within the next few months but he has given Sabin his blessing to go after the X-Division Championship and then when he returns, they'll run the tag team division again.
Backstage, Sting bumps into AJ Styles who says he's glad he bumped into him because he wants to ask him what he meant by his comment about egos at “Victory Road”. Sting claims that Styles keeps proving that despite how much Styles has earned and gained in this business, he still thinks like a kid who's better than everyone, therefore he has an ego. Styles glares at Sting as he walks away, Styles is obviously unhappy at what Sting just said.
[commercial]
Rosita and Sarita defeated TNA Knockout Tag Team Champions, Angelina Love & Winter in a Non-Title Match This was a solid knockouts match that the fans were into for the most part. Rosita and Sarita clearly worked more as a team than Love and Winter, Winter was too busy making sure Velvet Sky didn't come too close to her to pay attention to the match. Rosita pinned Love to pick up the win following a monsault. Hernandez came down after the match to raise Rosita and Sarita's hands.
Backstage, Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan are talking about post-lockdown when the idea of who will challenge for the championship comes to mind. Hogan comes up with the idea of whomever gets the pin fall in “Lethal Lockdown”, is the #1 contender... just in case. Bischoff likes the idea, but Hogan clearly has other motives in mind.
“The Monster” Abyss defeated Mr. Anderson This was a good way to close the show with Anderson being more ruthless than we have ever seen him against Abyss. Anderson and Abyss brawled throughout the ringside area before the match before finally getting into the ring for the official bell. In the middle of the match, the referee got caught with a boot by Abyss and got sent crashing to the mat below. This allowed for Abyss to grab a steel chair and attempt to use it on Anderson but Anderson moved out the way which sent the chair into the ropes and back into the face of Abyss. Anderson grabbed the chair from Abyss and nailed him one more time before tossing the chair to the floor. Anderson made the cover and Hebner recovered, making the count.
Anderson celebrates his victory until Eric Bischoff comes out and shows the replay that is airing to Earl Hebner on the monitors are ringside. Hebner then reverses the decision awarding the match to Abyss! Anderson is livid but gets attacked by Abyss before he can do anything to Bischoff at ringside. Abyss kept the assault on Anderson until out of nowhere, AJ Styles made a bee-line for the ring and went toe-to-toe with Abyss with shots. Styles clotheslined Abyss over the top rope as Bischoff retreated to the top of the stage. Bischoff and Styles had a stare down while a beat-up Mr. Anderson sat in the corner to close the show.

TNA News & Notes PWInsider.com:
- Despite the general thoughts that Jeff Hardy lost the World Title to Sting as he will be removed from television, Hardy is expected to stay on television for the next few weeks. While this is a great possibility, it should be noted that Jeff signed a one-year deal with TNA last March, so one would assume that his contract has either expired or he's re-signed and nobody knows it.
- King of the Mountain is expected to make his return in June at "Slammiversary". Speaking of Slammiversary, there is supposed to be an announcement regarding the event at "Lockdown" with many assuming that "Slammiversary" will end up being on the road.
- There is set to be a huge talent meeting during Lockdown weekend on the 16th. There is no word on what is expected to be discussed.

TNA iMPACT: Thursday 17th March 2011...Decent opening promo with Fortune in the ring. A decent set up for Lethal Lockdown I'll say. It was a good scenario. Robbie E beating Amazing Red...eurgh. Prefer Red so much. The Xscape match is bound to be interesting. Mr Anderson trying to attack Eric Bischoff and getting attacked by Abyss is cool. Mickie James beating Tara was expected, but pay-per-view worthy. Good idea for Lockdown, TNA Womens Knockout Championship vs career. I expect some heart-felt promos. Jeff Jarrett and Karen Jarrett in the rin is fine, looking forward to how Kurt Angle and Jarrett's rivalry goes now. Generation Me were obviously going to beat Eric Young and Orlando Jordan. Doubt they'll end up as TNA World Tag Team Champions, though. Sting's promo was spicy, I liked it a bit. Looking forward to their final TNA World Heavyweight Championship challenge at Lockdown. Rosita and Sarita beating Angelina Love and Winter...the TNA Knockout Tag Team Championships are still around? Oh dear. Lastly, Abyss beating Mr Kennedy is fine in an average main event. The finish to the show was alright. Overall, Lockdown is being built nicely currently, but too much may have been announced on this show.

- Good original idea by having Styles choose non-champions. If you go ahead with the pinfall at Lockdown idea, then that's cool too. - I'm not too big on Hardy/Sting again, there's no excuse to have two rematches in Jeff's contract. - Where's RVD, Pope, Joe, Matt Hardy? - Not a big Robbie E fan, but it works. Abyss returning and taking out Red made sense. - Main Event was fine, but I think something else could have worked better. Not a big fan of the aftermath, not sure why... - Sabin back in the X Division is a good move, and it's good that you did a promo for that.
Overall, a good show.

-Champions against potential challengers, I like. The plan for that seems pretty good. -Robbie E winning here was fine, I like that you keep him relevant though I haven't seen much of him lately. -I hope that you can make the Angle/Jarrett feud look good, and Angle comes out on top in this feud. -Hardy's rematch should be fine, but didn't he get sent home? Maybe it was later, but oh well, it should be a good match. -Abyss over Anderson was a good main event. I wonder where they both go, come, um, Lockdown. -Good show.

TNA iMPACT: The Immortal One March 24th, 2011 Orlando, Florida
We see the iMPACT opening video package before moving into the iMPACT Zone to see the pyrotechnics as Mike Tenay and Taz welcome us to the show.
Chris Sabin defeated Jeremy Buck [w/ Max Buck] to Qualify for the X-Division Xscape Match These two have had great matches with their tag team partners and tonight was no exception as Sabin and Buck battled in singles action. It was filled with high risk action from the opening bell to the closing bell with Jeremy Buck almost scoring the win following a DDT from the second rope but Sabin kicked out. Sabin picked up the victory with the “Cradle Shock” for the pin fall. Tenay puts over how Alex Shelley is more than likely all smiles at home for his partner.
The cameras turn down to ringside as we see Mike Tenay and Taz sitting at the broadcast booth. They hype up tonight's broadcast including the main event as “The Icon” Sting must team up with AJ Styles to take on Matt and Jeff Hardy! Tenay hypes the magnitude of both of these teams, calling Sting and Styles a dream team. They then seemingly get word in their ear that something is going down backstage and we have cameras in place.
Brother Devon and Bully Ray are brawling backstage as security attempts to break them up. It takes a few guards to pull Devon off but he's keeps pushing through them trying to get to Ray, but Ray gets pulled back by even more guards trying to move him out of Devon's pathway. Devon is finally restrained enough to keep him back as Tommy Dreamer and a few others are now trying to help out security. Devon yells at Bully Ray that this isn't over and that security won't be there to protect him forever. Ray yells back he doesn't need any protection.
Magnus and Douglas Williams defeated Local Wrestlers; Youth Gone Wild Magnus and Douglas Williams come out as Youth Gone Wild bails from the ring. Magnus and Williams cut a promo stating that they're reforming the “British Invasion” tandem. Youth Gone Wilde took the advantage and attacked London Brawling from behind but it was no use as Magnus and Williams just ran through them for the victory following the “Chaos Theory” for the victory.
The cameras turn to Christy Hemme who is standing by with Amazing Red and Crimson. Hemme first asks Amazing Red about why he would agree to a match with Abyss after last week. Red states that he refuses to be a target any longer, stating that he's always been the smallest one since he was a child and was always a target for the bigger kids to beat up but not anymore. Hemme asks for comment from Crimson regarding Abyss' message last week by taking out Red, Crimson glares into the camera without saying a word as we head to commercial.

“The Monster” Abyss defeated Amazing Red Amazing Red put up a great fight and looked impressive against the big man using his smaller size to his advantage. Red quickly out performed Abyss with high-flying moves, but was caught with a big boot when he attempted a springboard sending him to the floor. Abyss took the fight to the floor and rammed Red back first into the steel ring post before tossing him in the ring to pick up the victory with a choke slam. Abyss begins to beat down on Red until Crimson hits the ring, Crimson and Abyss exchange blows for a moment until security hits the ring to pull them apart. Abyss is told to leave the ring and finally does as security escorts him house, Crimson checks on Red in the ring.
Backstage, AJ Styles is shown entering the locker room of Sting, there is a feel of awkwardness in the room but Styles finally speaks up stating that he and Sting aren't on the best of terms right now, but tonight they're going up against a more experienced tag team. Sting cuts Styles off stating that he doesn't need advice about more experienced tag teams and starts to walk out of the locker room. Styles stops him and says that if Sting wants to be like that, then in the main event... to stay out of his way, and he'll stay out of Sting's way. Styles pushes past Sting and out of the locker room.
The music of Madison Rayne plays and Madison comes down to the ring along with Tara. She states that TNA management reached out to many of Mickie James former opponents to show up to wrestle her tonight, but none of them showed up... but one... and attacks Tara. The bell rings soon after!
TNA Knockout Champion, Madison Rayne defeated Tara in a non-Title Match This was a solid match as Tara held nothing back after Rayne attacked her, Taz speculated that Rayne was angry at Tara for the loss to Mickie James lost week but also wanted to send Mickie James a strong message heading into Lockdown. Rayne would pick up the victory with the “Rayne-Drop” for the pin fall.

An interview with Ink Inc is shown where they state they have “seen the light” when it comes to what it takes to reach the top of pro-wrestling. They seem to have the mindset that Jeff Hardy has had of lately were being nice to others and respectful, doesn't help anyone. Ink Inc promises that you'll see them as TNA World Tag Team Champions after “Lockdown”.
Eric Bischoff is shown standing backstage in his office where he has a “message” for everyone in TNA Wrestling; if anyone comes down to the ring before, during, or after the tag team main event... they will be FIRED on the spot. He is interrupted by a phone-call and we can only hear Bischoff's side of the call; “What do you mean... SHE... is coming to iMPACT?!” as the cameras turn away.
The Hardy Boys [Matt & Jeff Hardy] defeated TNA World Heavyweight Champion, Sting and AJ Styles This was a fantastic main event with Matt and Jeff showing that they're still on the same page despite being more of single stars as of lately. Sting and Styles were far from being on the same page with Sting getting in Styles face at one point when Styles got a blind tag when Sting was shot off the ropes by Matt Hardy. The two are obviously having problems which Jeff and Matt exploited throughout the match which would earn them the victory when Jeff Hardy hit the “Twist of Hate” on Sting and picked up the pin fall.
Styles was beaten down by Matt Hardy after the match but he was soon joined by Abyss, Jeff Jarrett, and Hernandez. They bloodied Styles as Matt Hardy took the microphone and introduced the final man of “Team Immortal” for “Lockdown”... the immortal one himself... Hulk Hogan! Hogan came down and mocked Styles in the ring before nailing Styles with some stiff right hands. Hogan and the rest of Immortal close the show by posing in the ring but you can see Sting walking up the stage with his back on the attack on Styles.

- Liked Madison turning on Tara. - I'm iffy on the Styles/Sting tension. - Too many key players are missing. Anderson/RVD/Joe/Pope, these guys need to be on Impact. - Good job on continuing the Crimson/Abyss feud. - Sabin qualifying is nice and I like that you clarified that MCMG are still a team.
The PPV looks good and you seem to have it all under control, so keep it going.

-Sabin returned just last week I think to that division, so it's a good one for him to win here. -It was solid to see Magnus and Williams look strong, but after what I've seen Williams do before hand, he looked on a verge of a main eventer. Keep him relevant. -Good to see Red atleast put up a good fight, but I knew Abyss would win. -Epic main event with Jeff and Matt over Sting and Styles. Nice to see and great way to end. -Good show; the ending worked for me alot, so this looks great. Keep it up.

TNA iMPACT: She's Baaaaack March 24th, 2011 Orlando, Florida
The music of Immortal plays throughout the iMPACT Zone as Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff lead the rest of the team [including Hernandez] down to the ring. Eric is up first on the microphone and states he would like to explain to some people that still don't get it... Immortal runs this show so Immortal can do what they want, when they want. He then hands it over to Hulk Hogan who explains that the reason he has decided to return to the ring at “Lockdown” is simple; he wants to prove to the world that he's still the man in the wrestling business and it would be ten times sweeter to see the look on Dixie Carter's face when he gets the final pin fall that will put the final nail in her coffin. He says “Lockdown” will be a huge night for Immortal as they'll retain power and Jeff Hardy will regain his TNA World Heavyweight Championship. They're then stunned as the music of AJ Styles hits and he comes onto the stage with a bandage on his head as the crowd cheers huge. He points out how what doesn't kill him only makes him stronger and compliments Immortal on their team... but says it's time to one up them because he has some announcements for his team. He says unlike Immortal, he didn't just pick and chose, he used some logic and picked key players that are against Immortal. He calls Jeff Jarrett to step forward as he will want to pay close attention to the first partner.. Kurt Angle. Angle comes out onto the stage and shakes hands with AJ Styles as Jarrett looks like he has seen a ghost. He then tells Abyss to step forward as he announces that Crimson is the next man on his team. Crimson and Abyss have a stare down but both keep their cool for now. Styles goes to speak until the music of Matt Morgan interrupts him and Morgan comes onto the stage. Morgan says he thought about Styles offer over the past few weeks and after what he saw last week, he wants to be on AJ Styles' team for “Lockdown”. Hulk Hogan and the rest of Immortal seem a little worried at this as we go to commercial break.
[commercial]
Shannon Moore [w/ Jesse Neal] defeated Robert Roode [w/ James Storm] This was a good way to kick off the show with Moore and Roode giving us a little preview of “Lockdown” in just a few weeks. Moore taunted his highflying style to the crowd but refused to do any high risk moves to anger the fans. Moore would end pick up the victory with a roll-up and a handful of tights though. After the match, Neal hit a spear on Storm on the arena floor then bailed with Moore as Roode checked on his partner.
The cameras turn backstage as a long black limousine pulls up the the iMPACT Zone and the driver gets out to open the back door and Dixie Carter steps out the limousine. The crowd in the iMPACT Zone see her arrival and cheer as she walks into the doors at the iMPACT Zone.
An interview with Mickie James airs where she talks about putting her career on the line at “Lockdown”; “I want to be the TNA Knockouts Champion, it is that simple. This company, TNA, has the best women's division in the entire world and to be the center piece of that division would be the biggest achievement in my entire career. Why would I put my career on the line? It's not that I am that confident, it's because I knew that was the only way to get a shot. I know how good Madison [Rayne] is in the ring, there is no denying that... but at the end of the day, I have the most experience. What do I think of Madison turning on Tara? I think it's wrong but at the end of the day... we're not here to be friends”.
Brian Kendrick defeated Eric Young to qualify for the X-Division Xscape Match at “Lockdown” This was an alright match, but nothing like we have seen over the past few weeks on iMPACT. Kendrick came out and meditated in the ring which Young would follow suit after his entrance which made the crowd grow restless. Kendrick would pick up the victory after “Sliced Bread” to head toward “Lockdown” in the X-Division Xscape match.
[commercial]
We return from commercial with the music of Mr. Anderson as he comes down to the ring with a purpose. He says that his twitter was blowing up last week from all the a**holes asking why he wasn't on iMPACT and the reason why... he was doing some snooping. He tells the idiots in the production truck to role the footage that he gave them which turns out to be Anderson going throughout the offices at SpikeTV trying to find out who there is “the network” yet nobody has any idea what he is talking about. The cameras return to the live shot of Anderson in the ring where he speaks on how funny it is that nobody in all of SpikeTV has a clue who “the network” is! He states that apparently not only are Hogan and Bischoff screwing him out of a title shot... the invisible man is too because nobody has a clue who “the network” is. Anderson states that whomever “the network” is pushing his buttons and his patience is running out. Anderson states that he noticed that now all of a sudden whomever gets the pin fall in “Lethal Lockdown” gets a title shot and states that he doesn't give a crap about whomever runs this company and the only thing he cares about is getting HIS title shot. He then tells AJ Styles that he's the final partner wether Styles likes it or not! Anderson drops the microphone and leaves the ring... still an a**hole.
Backstage, Dixie Carter is show walking backstage when she bumps into Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff. They tease having her threw out of the building but they're in a “good mood” right now and offer her a “VIP” pass to watch the main event from the front row as her “boy” AJ Styles battles Jeff Jarrett. Carter states that Hogan and Bischoff better enjoy the power while they can, because she knows what AJ and his team are capable of.
Bully Ray defeated Tommy Dreamer This was a surprisingly good match with Ray and Dreamer taking the fight to one another. Taz spoke out during the match stating that Dreamer, Ray, and Devon were all good friends back in the day and how Dreamer is unhappy with the actions of Bully Ray. Bully Ray was able to pick up the win with a “Bully Bomb” for the pin fall. After the match, Bully Ray laid out a challenge to Brother Devon for a match at “Lockdown” where the loser must leave TNA – for good.
Sting is shown walking backstage toward the stage; Sting speaks... next!
[commercial]
The TNA World Heavyweight Champion, Sting made his way down to the ring and got on the microphone. He stated that tonight he wouldn't talk about AJ Styles but wanted to talk about Jeff Hardy, again. Sting said that Hardy is the true definition of wasted potential due to his recent actions. He said that Jeff Hardy needs to re-think to the days before Immortal when he cared about other people and himself. Sting showed footage of Hardy back in early-2010 fulfilling a wish for the Make-A-Wish foundation and said the fans want that Jeff Hardy. Jeff Hardy appeared on the big screen and said the fans might want that Jeff Hardy, but he's dead. Hardy says he doesn't give a damn about what the people want or what they think they need, because he is done killing himself for them. He stated that they can all go to hell and they'll see Sting there after “Lockdown”. Sting is shown shaking his head and drops the microphone before leaving the ring.
Another interview with The Motor City Machine Guns air with Alex Shelley speaking about the victory of Chris Sabin last week. Shelley said that it gives Sabin a chance to prove that they both aren't just tag team wrestlers, but they're great single wrestlers too. Shelley stated he hopes to be healed up soon and back in the ring as partners. He said maybe Sabin can become a “double champion” at “Lockdown”.
TNA World Television Champion, Abyss defeated Matt Morgan in a Non-Title Match This was a great match with these two big men looking to give the fans a little preview of “Lethal Lockdown” but it was Abyss who was able to score the victory following the “Black Hole Slam” for the victory. After the match, Crimson came out and challenged Abyss to a No DQ match on iMPACT next week with the World Television Title on the line! Abyss nodded his head in acceptance.
AJ Styles and Jeff Jarrett are shown via split-screen with both of them heading down to the ring for the main event. We are taking our last commercial break for the night then AJ Styles and Jeff Jarrett do battle... next!
[commercial]
“The Phenomenal” AJ Styles defeated “The King of the Mountain” Jeff Jarrett [w/ Karen Jarrett]
[/b] Styles and Jarrett started the match off sort of slow and then worked their way to a much faster pace with Jarrett in control for the opening moments. Styles fought back time and time again though which allowed him to get a couple of pin fall attempts for Jarrett was able to kick out each time. Karen kept interfering in the match until Kurt Angle came down to the ring and lifted Karen onto his shoulder to carry her out, kicking and screaming to the fans delight. This distracted Jarrett and when he turned around, Styles nailed a springboard forearm for a two count. The ending saw Styles slip out “The Stroke” and spin Jarrett into a “Styles Clash” for the victory. After the match, Matt Hardy attempted to attack AJ Styles but Styles fought him off and tossed him to the floor. Hogan came onto the stage and seemed like he was going to get a piece of AJ Styles, but he just stared a hole into “The Phenomenal One” to close the show. © TNA Entertainment, LLC 2011 [/center] [/font] [/size]
