Looks like Walmart is finally getting some new stuff in...they got Legends 4 in just before Christmas and today I saw Basic 7 with all of the figures there as well as the new Over The Limit figures.
Zellers here in Brampton (Bramalea City Centre) has the new DM Warrior figure in.
