One thing Jones needs to be careful about is those spinning back elbows. They're great when they work, but if he gets too reliant on them (or starts to telegraph them), they're probably his easiest strike to counter.
For one, he's got to be in close to land one, which means it's one of the few strikes where his reach isn't a huge factor. So a shorter fighter could still counter it.
Two, it's nearly impossible to do a 360 without leaving some part of your body open at some point in the spinning motion.
If he starts using it a lot and people figure out his timing from watching film, I could see someone rocking him with a counter he never saw coming. Think Mike Brown vs. Urijah Faber... granted, that spin by Faber was pretty recklessly done, but the point still stands.

I was surprised he missed that spinning back kick and even more surprised Shogun didn't do anything about it. But I agree, his wild/unorthodox strikes could very well be what gives him his first defeat. Matt Hammil DQ not withstanding

I think Silva vs. Jones would be much more exciting than Silva vs. GSP. We know Silva can go to 205, but we don't know how GSP would be at 185, and he seems hesitant anyway. I think he and Rashad will match up well too. But, as Anderson Silva said, I think Jones will keep the belt for a long time.
