Yeah, I went cheap with the thread title... But anyway, looks like UFC announced (via Twitter) that Dominick Cruz will make his first defense of the UFC Bantamweight title against former WEC Featherweight champion, Urijah Faber in a rematch from 2007 where Faber defeated Cruz by submission. The rest of the card looks promising as well: UFC 132 ''CRUZ VS. FABER 2'', 7/2/2011 (PPV/Spike TV/Facebook.com Stream/Rogers Sportsnet/ESPN-UK) MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas NV1. Bantamweight bout: Jeff Hougland vs. Donny Walker 2. Lightweight bout: Andre Winner vs. Anthony Njokuani 3. Middleweight bout: Brad Tavares vs. Aaron Simpson 4. Bantamweight bout: Brian Bowles vs. Takeya Mizugaki 5. Lightweight bout: George Sotiropoulos vs. Rafael dos Anjos 6. Lightweight bout: Melvin Guillard vs. Shane Roller 7. Lightweight bout: Dennis Siver vs. Matt Wiman 8. Welterweight bout: Carlos Condit vs. Dong Hyun Kim 9. Light Heavyweight bout: Tito Ortiz vs. Ryan Bader 10. Middleweight bout: Wanderlei Silva vs. Chris Leben 11. Bantamweight Championship: Dominick Cruz (c) vs. Urijah Faber *Fights 1-4 will be broadcasted live on UFC's Facebook page at 6pm ET/3pm PT; fights 5-6 will be live on Spike TV & Rogers Sportsnet (Canada) at 8pm ET/5pm PT

So weird that Sots and Duham are fighting for what many would have expected to be a title late 2011 / early 2012 around 8/9 months ago.
Nice looking card, may look into getting over for this as my exams will be all finished.

Looks interesting, I'm just hoping that George has improved since his fight at 127 ironically against Dennis Siver, who is also on this card, not to mention BJ, who has to have had watched his fight against Fitch and worked out that he can't clinch the clincher, Fitch.

This may be the first card I buy since 117. Good to see Siver moving up the card, as I grow fonder of him each fight.

I'm really hoping that BJ alters his gameplan and stands with Fitch - he can easily outbox him and win a decision.

man... this is a true deep card. ill be honest, bader/tito is the most boring fight to me. bowles/mizugaki, soto/dos anjos, mel/roller, siver/wiman and condit/stun gun should all be fantastic fights. i could see cruz and faber going to a boring 5 round decision because of cruz' movement... but meh, i like both fighters. leben and wandy should be a stand up brawl.

Good news for Tito is that if Bader starts getting the best of him, he apparently has a 5th limb at his disposal....

I am really sad to see one of my favorites of all time become such a joke to most mma fans. I do believe Tito will lose and will be forced to retire from mma...but I will be the first to scream like a little girl if he pulls off the win.
Hope Wanderlei wins...also gotta show some Cali love to Faber.

I want Tito to win, but that's up to him. I agree with him that he usually puts on a good show, and hasn't been like knocked out or submitted. Just decisions, which are usually debatable. But unless he starts off on the right foot, I'm not sure where he could go from here.

This is a MUST win fight for Tito Ortiz, do or die for sure in this one. He's got to pull out all the stops and just go all out and throw everything he can, plus the kitchen sink at Bader and hope he pulls out the win because if he doesn't, then I believe we've seen the last of "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy" inside The Octagon.

Bader is gonna destroy Tito by first round KO and i can't wait to see it. I'm really looking forward to seeing Cruz/Faber, but i see Cruz taking that by decision.

yessss..because Tito is ALWAYS getting KO'd, right? Tito will most likely lose but it will undoubtedly be by decision.

Bader has always had questionable cardio, but Tito hasn't looked great as of late. Still expect Tito to lose though, and come up with an injury after the loss.
