Jon Fitch injured, forced to withdraw from UFC 132 matchup with B.J. Penn
Jon Fitch's road to the UFC welterweight title just got a little bit longer.
An undisclosed injury has forced Fitch (23-3-1 MMA, 13-1-1 UFC) to withdraw from a planned UFC 132 meeting with former champion B.J. Penn (16-7-2 MMA, 12-6-2 UFC).

Ahhh, seems like I jumped the gun with Condit/Penn. Hope that happens instead.
Would like to see either Penn/Sanchez II or Penn/Condit. Preferably the latter.

Condit or Koscheck.

Why Koscheck? I mean, outside of favoritism.

It's not that reasonable but I would love to see Penn/Koscheck.

No real reason in particular. He's not that far down in the ranks is he? 5 or 6? I guess I just figured he'd want to step up and try and get himself right back in the chase. Plus I'd just really like to see the fight myself. I think Penn stands a much better chance against Kos than he does Fitch. I'd probably (realistically), lean more toward Condit than Koscheck or Sanchez though. Plus Condit's already looking for the fight - bleacherreport.com/articles/650557-ufc-132-carlos-condit-ready-and-willing-to-step-in-against-bj-penn

It's not that reasonable but I would love to see Penn/Koscheck. As would I...with BJ's focus being on standup and takedown defense...

my favorite fighter, Carlos Condit, would make that a hell of a fight!

BJ has now injured himself and is off the 132 card entirely.
