Ok just going by my set up of nwo and dx ttl/r3 figures, and add on me watching alot of sean waltman on youtube, interviews etc. He was in DX, nwo, HHH bought back x pac in 98 and when wwe bought wcw, the wwe nwo had pac in it again BUT and i know its a far shot, the WCW had the pranksters in dx and WWF had the bad ass NWO, i know billy went from honkey tonk man to road dogg to make the outlaws, and when dx helped the NAO in the steel cage, (youtube vids) and have little-none knowlege on the start of nwo, but im about to surf youtube now and find out as im VERY interested in the formation and antics of these two groups again so your thoughts on what if the two companies main stables were reversed? main reason it occured to me is one wcw video, im like, hmm, pac hall, nash were in wwf as 123 kid, razor and diesel, then went to wcw, and again to the wwf I got These WWF/WWE DX and NWO videos, looking for WCW NWO ones

r u asking what if razor/kid/diesel had stayed in the WWF would they have been apart of DX? if so i think not as DX IMO came about because of the nWo.

Okay, so, let me try and understand what the flip you're blithering on about here.
You're asking "What if DX had been WCW, and nWo had been WWF?" am I correct?
If so, the answer is DX would have failed horribly because it would have had the wrong context, they wouldh't have had the Vince McMahon/Sgt Slaughter to go off and the Michael Cole to terrorise.
They couldn't have had the same relationships with, say, Eric Bischoff and Mike Tenay because they're both horrible on screen talent. And the WCW writing team would completely have missed the point with them. There's no way they would have lasted more than a few months, they definitely wouldn't have been able to get over.
Also, don't forget, Eric Bischoff fired HHH because he said he'd never make it past the mid-card level, so he never would have pushed DX in the same way Vince did.
nWo in WWF COULD have worked while they were competing with WCW because the reason the WWE nWo were so piss poor is that Vince was trying to destroy something WCW created (as he so often did). But had the nWo been the brain child of WWF, it would have been a very different story. They could easily have been the replacement for the corporation, had huge feuds with the Ministry of Darkness and Nation of Domination and they could have been the InVasion all by themselves without any need for WCW if they'd had the right talent. We could have seen Steve Austin vs Hulk Hogan and the nWo (instead of Scott Hall in a very poor feud), Hogan and the nWo vs The Rock, Hogan and the nWo vs Bret Hart, Hogan and the nWo vs The Undertaker and the MoD the list goes on. And all would have happened in the mid 90s when wrestling was at its peak of popularity.
In short - DX would have flopped, nWo would have been EVEN BETTER.
