I wanted something to change my collection around a bit so I decided to paint my display stands and rearrange my figures a bit.    Thoughts? |

Did you jsut throw them all in a tub of white paint? Lol  I like it!! Adds a little something to your collection!! |

i think its looks awesome nice job man, id be afraid if it got humid their feet would stick to the paint though. maybe a dumb thought but anyway looks awesome

Very Clean and Unique Good Job bro If i was to paint my display stands i would make gold stands for the legends blue for smackdown red for raw grey for free agents,customs,etc hehe but it's too mcuh work lol thanks for sharing bro great collection |

Lol no tubs of paint, four coats of spray paint with two coats of sealer. Looks sick bro! Congrats on being the first to do it. I'm sure others will do it. I like how you have them displayed by series. Custom Y2J looks sick. Explain......... Unfortunately I can't say I'm the first to do it. I've seen a couple of customisers paint their stands for their custom figures, I'm not sure if they done it just for customs or their whole collection though. Y2J is Elite 2 Matt Hardy with the Basic 3 headscan and Elite 5 Dolph Ziggler vest. That must have taken a while. I like the way it looks. Two days, cause at first I was painting only three at a time plus I didn't take into consideration how much paint I'd need so I only got one can. Turns out I needed two more to complete them all. |

Lookin' good. I think it helps the figs stand out because a lot of figures pants/boots are black plastic.
It makes me want to fill in mine with some red/white enamel, but i'm very lazy.
