In the offseason, Melo and Toney Douglas need to take a "How to pass a basketball" class.

Melo just looked rattled, and off all game which was strange because the Celtics were not playing very good defense.
Pierce is a good to decent defender at times, but Melo could have torn him up tonight.
Same with Garnett, great defender but wasnt doing much against Amare, dont think many people could but Garnett was useless out there.

Toney Douglas had 0 turnovers and played ok... maybe you mean Billups? Some of his turnovers were so beneath his usual play.

I think Garnett was respecting Amare's range and also trying not to foul. Amare is/was the best in the NBA for completing And 1's. Melo on the other hand is the best in the NBA at making And 1 mix tapes.

My next game is Game 5, as much as I'd love for the Celtics to sweep so I can cash those 2 tickets into my season tickets purchase for next year, I still think this series is going 6

I agree, I mean KG did well and so did O'Neal but it was like every time Amare touched the ball he was doing something, even those weird finger rolls. Maybe with Shaq and extra fouls you pound Amare even more, or because Melo was so off it seemed like Amare was just doing what he pleased.

Celtics/Knicks was a really fun game to watch. Melo's shot late was such a bonehead move. Only down by 2 and he is going to jack a three when he already isn't that good of a three point shooter. Should of def gave it to Amare and let him do his thing, he was on fire. I think this series has 7 games written all over it myself.

Nah I only use my phone and I have trouble using it with the new touch screen bullcrap
I have decent seats, 18th row behind the basket, near the Celts bench.

What a terrible call on the Westbrook bucket that was CLEARLY touched by Ibaka...

Best match up of round one is easily Denver and Oklahoma. That was such a good game last night. I still believe the Blazers are going to win over Dallas. I predict that Blazers are going to win in Dallas Tuesday night and then when both of their home games, lose again back in Dallas and then win it in game six.

My dad couldn't sell his tickets to game 2 tonight so I'm going. I don't really care about the Pacers but it's cool to go to a playoff game. We have tickets to one game in each series. It's a late start so I'll have some time to get my work done before. Hopefully this game isn't as close as Game 1 and the Bulls ball out.

This Magic team just isn't what they were before the trade. Before the trade, Atlanta couldn't even sniff a close game with them for two years. After the trade, the same Atlanta team handled them. I still hate Larry Drew, and most of this team. They are awful to watch.

Have fun BriGuy, I've only been to a handful of Bulls games but they were always good. Where are your seats at? (I've only been in nosebleeds....)

But watching Rose do that 16-1 run to close the game again would be sick. His spin move in the lane is so sick. Isiah Thomas used to do a spin in the lane but outside of that I can't remember many PG's doing it as effectively.

Bosh gained some serious muscle since last year.
Remember how skinny he was on the stage in July? Or in Toronto?
Makes you wonder if he took something...

I wish the Celtics were playing the Sixers, what a difference they are compared to the Knicks.
