Were you a Hulkamaniac?
Be honest...I know a lot of people don't want to admit that they were big fans of the Hulkster in the 80's and 90's when Hulkamania was running wild so I thought I would just throw it out there and see who admits it.
I am still a Hogan fan but in the 80's and 90's I thought he could do no wrong. This was long before I knew of backstage politics and creative control. I was a believer in the 3 Demandments. ;D

Only for about a year. I would say after Wrestlemania II, I kind of got tired of Hulk a little bit, and would constantly root for whatever person he was going to roll over.

No. I came in to wrestling in the early 90's when he was about to leave the wwf. I liked the guy but I was more of a Warrior than a Hulk-a-Maniac. I thought Warrior was hella cooler.

I was a huge Hulkamaniac, still am. Even though I know now about his attitude behind the scenes I can't help it. It takes me back to when I was a little boy I guess.

I didn't mind Hogan when I was a kid, but I've always been a fan of the heels. I started watching in 1985 when I was 10, and became a huge Piper fan right away. I started watching wrestling because of that damn cartoon, lol.

Nope. My brother was a huge Hulkamaniac, though. He told me he cried when Undertaker tombstoned Hogan on the chair because he thought he was dead. LOL!
I got into wrestling in the late 90s, January of '98. But I have watched all that I could get my hands on of Hogan back in the day and am a pretty big fan of him. I can even say that I saw him wrestle once in person. Against Orton.. not his greatest battle, certainly not his most memorable, but I've seen him.

Only times I have ever been happy he lost was against Rock or Undertaker. Outside of that he could do no wrong.

i started watching when we first got cable in '83, and i can honestly say that was NOT a hulkamaniac. I was always a Muraco and Piper fan, and "bad guy" macho man randy savage.

I was born in 1991, so I was watching at the tail end of Hulkamania. But I was never super big on him, I always preferred Warrior from the VHS tapes I used to watch.

I started watching wrestling full time in early 1999 so I didn't get to watch Hogan at all until 2002 when he came to the WWF. Afterwards I began watching tapes from the earlier years of WWF. I don't hate him but I am not crazy about the dude either.

Yup - I was a big hulkamaniac - but I was like 5-6 years old back then - so he seemed like a superhero - someone who could do no wrong - even my parents liked him coz he'd do the whole - say ur prayers, eat ur vitamins etc. LOL!
