Yeah there should.
I think the HOH should get first choice but then how do you choose between the nominees going first?
Chances are they will not choose the same person but if they did and that person wins they can still use the Veto on either one or none of the nominees.

I always did it that the HoH sends me one pick, and the nominees sent me three. The HoH got their pick no matter what, and the nominees were given their partners on a first come, first serve basis.

...I need Hbkrules veto choice very soon, I don´t want this game to drag.
Veto partners are like this, HoH gets their pick no matter what, and then it´s just first come, first serve.
