seems like all the figures are "out of stock" at the moment...maybe they are figuring out there actual stock count

They're not in stock yet. They are 'Upcoming' items.

Why does WWE charge different prices for each figure in the series? Didn't they used to charge about what the stores charged and have the same price for the whole series.

I got Taker a little over a month ago from RSC for $21 or 22 plus shipping at the time, but I really wanted that fig more than any other in E8 for the headsculpt and jacket, so the price was worth it to me. Then about a week ago I got Bourne and Sheamus from Mattel's website for 16 each (plus EG HBK for 15.40, I could never find him in stores), and the shipping cost thanks to a promo was $3 for the whole order. Now all I have to get that I want left is Regal.
WWE Shop is charging waaaaay too much.
