For starters, I genuinely enjoyed WrestleMania X-Seven. Paul Heyman kept on stating that Austin will do anything to become the WWF Champion. TLC II was a damn good match with some cool spots. Undertaker vs. Triple H was awesome. Bobby Heenan's commentary was one to laugh at. Overall fun event to watch.
Another event I liked was No Mercy 2000. It just topped a great birthday gift by having Kurt Angle the WWF Championship. Provided something fresh. Got tired of seeing Triple H and The Rock holding the belt. Chris Benoit vs. Triple H was an excellent match. This match was better than their Vengeance '04 encounter. Maybe because Triple H can't work the way he used to pre-May 21st, 2001.
As for recent events, I genuinely enjoyed this years Royal Rumble. Randy Orton vs. Jeff Hardy proved to be an excellent match. Much better than Edge/Mysterio. Cena returning capped off stating, "Anything can happen in the WWE."

Wrestlemania X-Seven. There was a glitch with the PPV system in Tucson that day, so instead of just seeing static (if you didn't order), the show was available for free. This was also the same day as my birthday, so instead of jumping around in the jumping castle, I was glued to my TV for the next few hours. Because of all that nostalgia (and the flawless card), I seriously doubt that any other Wrestlemania will top that one.

WM17
Backlash 1999 - just such a great card, and the whole Taker thing really made it
ONS2 - Love watching the whole thing, the Tag match, the ME's
WM15 - seriously, if you can, watch the March 15th edition of RAW that year, then watch the HIAC, you will seriously see the match from a better view, no really

King of the Ring 1994. One of the greatest overall Pay-Per-View events ever.

King of the Ring 1996 was awesome. The undercard was sorta weak but the main event made it worth while.

WWE wise - Wrestlemania 17 (I had to ignore results until the next day after school so I could watch the tape), One Night Stand '05 (I was never an ECW fan but ordered it and Holy crap..), and the one where Jericho won the Undisputed title (don't remember the name)
TNA wise (Yeah, I'm addding it. Don't like it? Don't care) - Lockdown '05 (first TNA PPV)
