Have they stopped doing them, because I don't think i've seen anyone on here with like a 1/1000 Barrett, Ryder etc.

Yes, I think it's all but been officially confirmed from someone at Mattel...
but since no one ever found one from Basic 8 or 9, and none have ever popped up on Ebay.
plus now they do the chair thing with the PPV sets...that took over.

I always thought the belts were for the first year so I guess it makes sense if they decide to pull them and replace them with the chairs instead. The 1/1000 promotion was a good spin on collecting in my opinion. Should make the first year 1/1000 figs more valuable in the future.  |

I still kInd of like the belts better than the chairs myself. I wouldve picked up a chase belt any time I could have found one(which was only once).But I got a RRH chair,saw many more plus WMH chairs and just leave them. Unless its with someone I'm gonna buy anyway,I can leave them on the pegs.

I still think it is stupid that the belts were for 2010 only. They should have released one of everyone on the roster so that collectors could get a whole set. But instead we got a crapload of Cenas, Undertakers, Mysterios in almost every damn series. That's what collectors want Mattel, an INCOMPLETE set.
