Actually, he spelled it Cain if I am not mistaken. But yeah, he was briefly known as Cain the Undertaker when he first started out in the W.W.F.

Yes I believe DiBiase introduced him as Cain the Undertaker at Survivor Series 90 as well.

I read about this in undertaker special edition wwe magazine that came out in 02. I always thought it was cool as.
