I've had this feud on my mind for a few weeks. I remember being around 7 or 8 years old and totally loving that whole storyline. I wish WWE still had character based wrestlers like they did then.
Man, to be a kid again..... I miss this stuff

Outside of flair / savage this is probably my favorite feud of all time. I too wish wwe would still use characters like boss man And nailz. That was such a great time for wrestlng. In addition any feud Jake the snake or undertaker had was amazing as well

I was legit shocked as a kid at just how brutal the beating Nailz gave the Bossman was. Even more so when WWE magazine had those pictures of the Bossman that showed how bad Nailz had beaten him up. I always remember Nailz saying "whos the boss now bossman"

I remember being freaked out by those promos which were just prison footage with Nailz' anonymous voice threatening the Bossman. And that beating he gave him was horrific. I was only about ten years old at the time and was scared to death LOL.

That voice was horrific! "Nailz" is right! Sounds like he gargled with nails everyday! I catch old AWA episodes on ESPN classic and I find it funny that Mr Magnificent ended up being such a dramatically different character!

I always remember Mr Perfect being heartbroken and sympathetic when he called the bossman at home, a week after the beating LOL

yeah Nailz was a great heel.I wonder how far he would have went had he not of had the row with Vince? Apparently they were teeing up a feud between Nailz and Taker before he was fired, so it looks like they had high expectations and big plans for him. I think a run at Bret Hart for the world title wouldn't have been out of the question, as they were short on heels around that time.

can someone explain to me how they made those bruises look real? It ooks 100% legit I believe along with makeup several wrestlers pinched the shite out of Bossman and landed some live rounds on him to make it look real. when you get hit a certain way you bruise like and it hardly hurts

Bossman vs Nailz was a great feud! Their Nightstick match was my favorite Survivor Series '92 match and quite possibly my all-time favorite Survivor Series match! It's too bad that they didn't also have a televised cage match, at least on a Coliseum Video release!
