They also have a smaller shield, but it has rubber straps as a handle. Paratrooper Dive Captain America -Marvel Universe Cyclops -Comparison -

I saw these at Wal-Mart last week and was very impressed. I'm mostly looking forward to the movie figures, but since I can't wait until the 2nd wave, I'm considering picking up Heavy Assault Cap for now. Great pick-ups and thanks for the detailed pics.

I honestly can't see the difference in the comparison pic.
Did they release a Red Skull yet?

Well you can't see the wrist joint on the deluxe in the pic...but look closely at the two and you can see the difference in the knee joints as well as where I turned the torso along with the swivel elbows and ankles on the basic figure. I think Red Skull is Series 2...The only other Basic figure I saw was the Winter Soldier.

VERY awesome! And I love the Jim Lee version Cyclops, which I can't find to save my life.
One question, not sure if you even use them or not, but do the Captain America figures come with stands? I was sent a pack of stands (mainly used for Star Wars/Marvel figures) as a courtesy item for the 3 3/4 inch MMPR figures (no one online new if they'd fit, they didn't) from Entertainment Earth, and now I've got 25 stands with no real use. Just wondering if these figures may be compatible with them.

Nope while the figures do have the peg holes there's no stands on the Cap figures. Yes I was very excited to see the Lee styled Cyclops...I didn't know they had made him in this line.

Well, at least now if I pick some of them up, I'll have a use for the stands, lol. ...your Cyclops made me so jealous, I had to break down and order one. Gonna have to pick up a the Lee Jean Grey to go with him too, luckily my WalMart has two of em. Love how his hand is posed too.

Yes the hand is posed nicely, but you can't get it to pose nect to the visor. Instead it sit just above the visorlike he is giving a 2 finger salute. lol

My wife just called me from the Booton NJ WalMart. They have wave 2 but only the Concept snow Captain America & Comic Captain Britian...No movie styled figures. But she did pick those 2 up for me.

I have yet to pick up anything from this line I've never seen a line with such horrendous joints they look like there going to break off. For a scale that Hasbro usually excels in there getting a little sloppy. I'll wind up picking up them as soon as I find some to my liking.

Picked up WWII Cappy and Winter Soldier along with the...offroad assault vehicle or whatever the hell it's called. I much rather would've gotten the vehicle with the four-missle turret, but I didn't like the colors used on the Caps that came with it. If you'll excuse me, Cappy and Duke have a date with Cobra Commander and his Hummer.

So I went out looking for wave 2 today. And here was my day in a nutshell - Spring Valley NY Target - just the mission packs, but I did pick up the Light up Hal Jordan from the 4' GL line. Palisades Center Target - Just series 1 and the Mission packs. I picked up the Winter Soldier and am dpne with Ser 1. Rt 17 NJ KMart - have in back, but they don't know where. Told to come back in a few days. What?! RT17 NJ TRU - everything except Seried 2 Westwood NJ KMart - empty pegs the guy says the scanner shows them coming in on the 22nd Airmont NY WalMart - empty pegs. Girl scans my UPC and says they are in back somewhere. She asks the dept manager who is going to lunch and says come back on Monday when the Habro rep comes in and sets their aisle.
Whatever happened to customer service!?
