Leave The Flintstones alone.

I used to love The Flintstones when I was younger. Everything from the cartoon, to the movies (though I admit they were ok at best), and even the cereal. I have mixed feeling about this, but I can't give my full thoughts until it actually premieres. I'll be keeping an eye on this to see how it unfolds.

I like McFarlane quite bit, but i just don't think this is a good idea. I mean, I'll give it a chance, but I think something better could be done. Also, I'd like to see other animators given a chance during the Animation Domination block. 3, soon to be 4, of the shows will be his. though as long as Bob's Burgers lasts, I can't complain too much.
But to those who don't want Flintstones to be "adult oriented" need to remember that in the 60s, it was. And it was the first prime time cartoon.
Also, he's said the style will remain pretty much the same.

I know I'm in the minority here, but I'm intrigued on what he'll do with it. I like most of what he does, but he'll have to tone down a lot of his humor if he's going to pull off The Flinstones successfully.

Eliminate the hate. Seems this board is pretty split on liking it or not. I'm excited to see what he does with it.
