Yeah, I was just watching Over The Edge 1999, and wonder, why the hell didn't WWE have a HIAC match between Austin and Taker for the gold?
I mean this match, IMO would probs of made teh Attitude era even better, wat do you guys think?

Yeah a few months ago I put the tape in to actually see the matches that take on it and it was so weird that I couldn't really remember any of those feuds taking place. It made sense when they showed the promo videos but other than that I was like "damn i forgot about that feud".

Maybe they didnt have a HIAC because Owen was suppose suppose to come from the rafters and the cell would be in his way?

It kind of pisses me off that Owen falling is the only thing remembered from that PPV.
There were so many good matches.
HHH vs The Rock - Cast vs Cast Undertaker vs Stone Cold Hardcore Holly vs Al Snow

Triple H v The Rock wasnt a cast match Rock just had a cast on his arm. The cast v cast match took place on Raw. I think that Taker was starting to pick up the injuries that required surgery around this time and the HIAC wouldnt have fitted in to the storyline. HIAC needs a definate winner and the screwjob ending would have sucked for HIAC. Plus there was already a HIAC match between Taker and Bossman at Wrestlemania 3 ppvs before this.
