this is very very sad news... macho was one of the best and proved that by stepping up to the plate and knocking a home run when he was the first guy after hogans 4 years of domminace to show the world that he could take the ball and run with it.
thank you macho man for all the years of excitement and entertainment...and thank you for reconnecting with your fans again as we missed you for so very long...we sadly will miss you again but as another board member said,
"every time i hear a boom of thunder, ill know it was you landing another flying elbow from the tallest of top ropes...heaven."
god bless you macho and your whole family.

Not a good way to wake up. He will always be one of my FAVORITE wrestlers.... Very, very sad. Prayers go out to his family :,(

I'm at a loss for words, this is a truly sad. I'll miss him, but thank you Randy Savage for all the moments, all the memories, and all the excitement through out the years. God bless You and Your Family, Rest in Peace.

If you're feeling nostalgic today, go and watch Savage's old matches and promos on YouTube, then dare to come back here and say today's wrestling is just as good as before and that us older fans are just "haters" of today's product.
