Wow....this news is sooooo sad. I can't even think of what I should say here, I just wanted to share my thoughts with all of you guys. Its so hard to believe. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family and to all of you guys as well. I know if you all are feelling how I am, then you could use a little lifting up too.

Just so damn sad. One of the greatest wrestlers of all time and one of my favorites as well. Too soon for him to go. Rest in Peace, Randy Savage. You will be missed.

I am 41 now and in my youth Savage was my guy. My father got me into wrestling and I gravitated towards Savage immediately. The WWF house shows were often held in my town and I had the fortune to see him a few times perform. Around the age of 15 my friends and I caught wind he was working out at a local gym before a show and of course we went and the man was there. Too nervous to approach him we all let out an OOOOHHH YYEEEAAHH.....his reply as we exited quickly? "The Madness is everywhere".....never forget that a great moment in my young life.

I called my wife and broke her the news. She was sad and we both agreed to have a marathon in memory of the Madness tonight.

I received a text message about Randy Savage's death from my friend when I was leaving my final exam today around 1:45 and it really took me by surprise.
It brought back feelings of when I found out Owen Hart, Eddie Guerrero, and Chris Benoit had died. In all four instances, I was either told by someone else or heard about it first from tuning in to WWE programming on TV.
I'm sad for Savage's family and friends, especially his wife who witnessed his death firsthand, because I've lost someone from a car accident before and the helplessness of the situation can be unbearable.
I'll always remember his exuberant attitude in promos, on commentary, and in his many classic matches. It's often said that "there will never be another so-and-so," but that statement rings true for Randy Savage and his career will stand side-by-side with some of the all-time greatest when professional wrestling is over and done with.
His influence will continue to be felt for many more generations, and it makes me happy to see his name trending today if only for the fact that he deserves the recognition and hopefully will contribute to his induction into next year's WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.

I'm so sad to hear this. Savage was one of my favorites I was really hoping he would be there when he was inducted into the HOF.

Very sad news, It's awesome how many main stream news sites are picking up the story so more people can remember him. I'm glad that he at least had found some peace and happiness in his final years of life. RIP macho man.
