The first Eurocontinental Champion is NOT a jobber. The first Eurocontinental champion was Jeff Jarrett. I'd bring back Colin Delaney. Dude can sell like a million bucks. SIGN SAL RINARO. The dude is an amazing jobber. He's made a career off of just dying. He should be signed to be a Superstars wrestler. Primo Chavo The Usos as singles. They should be pushed as a team, but Jobber to the Stars as singles Bring in local guys though, honestly. No reason to bury signed contracted wrestlers when you can have a local ham & egger get smashed for $100.

-Chavo can still go in the ring, but after this upcoming feud with Cara, I doubt he'll have much else to do. I have full confidence in him to get people over.
-Goldust isn't returning any time soon, but he's an established enough name to get people over, and he's not going to get any significant push for the rest of his career, so why not him?
-JTG
-Usos (should be fired.)
-Tatsu, because I doubt they will ever push him in any way.
-Santino--I cannot take him seriously enough in the ring for him to be considered.

I'd make Ryder the regular Raw job guy. I'd use him like Santino was at his peak, though. Not totally waste him like they're doing now. Santino was able to be consistently funny and over in late 2007-2009. He even won the IC title for a period of time as the comedy jobberish guy.
For Smackdown, probably Heath Slater once his role with The Corre ends. He's not a bad wrestler, and his recent switch to 1998 Triple H style pants is a good one, but there's a long line of young guys I'd rather see over him. His personality just doesn't work for me.
Out of the current roster, some of which are sure to be cut, I think Reks, Chavo, Hawkins, JTG, Primo, Santino and Kozlov work in their current minor rolls. Don't have much interest in seeing them pushed.
I think Yoshi and Evan deserve more (and could work as a duo), but not necessarily any sort of major push. Ditto for Kidd and DH Smith. Kidd is getting some investment right now with the manager thing, but DH Smith is likely on the chopping block, which is a damn shame. I'm a big fan of Trent Barreta and want to see a solid mid-card push for him. Regal and Daniel Bryan need to have a back and forth legit feud already, with Bryan eventually retiring him. Gabriel is absolutely going to be a star if they allow him to be. That's about it.

Jimmy Wang Yang is the best jobber ever, in my opinion. He should be brought back. I think two enhancement babyfaces and two enhancement heels is all they need. I'd go with:
BABYFACE Jimmy Wang Yang JTG
HEEL Primo Tyson Kidd
I'd give Masters, Yoshi, Ryder, Hawkins and Trent Baretta a little more TV time. I'd release a few others. DH Smith is useless and should just be fired at this point, they've kept him around long enough and he's still awful. A cowboy hat is not a personality. Ditto for Tyler Reks and dreadlocks. The Usos might as well be released, too. I don't even know if they suck or not, but they're just on the roster for no reason at this point.

Honestly? Nobody. Nobody in WWE (the top 'wrestling' company in the world) should be 'jobbing' in 2 minutes nearly every week.
I swear I have NOT ONCE been impressed when a big, dominant heel or a deburing superstar with a ton of potential squashes the enhancement talent or a local jobber. Not once. I think, 'Wow, he beat Funaki... I think nothing more of you, everyone beats Funaki.'
I'd much prefer to see a roster full of competitive stars in competitve matches, with certain guys getting smashed up or beaten convincingly every now and then. Then, to see one guy crush another one in a 2 minute match would actually surprise us and make ya think 'Woah... he's the real deal!'
Take Evan Bourne. Great at taking bumps, great at putting people over. But the matches when he gets some good offense in and then is beaten makes the other guy look better IMO. If the bell ring and one guy destroys him in seconds that just makes A) Evan Bourne look like nothing (what the hell is this guy doing in WWE?) and B) his opponent look nothing special cause, well, he beat the guy that always jobs in seconds.
That's my take anyway.
