Hey,
Just wanted to make this post for those that may not have known, but TigerFest 2011 was held yesterday in Milton and it was a blast.
It was orininally supposed to be held outside, downtown Milton right across the street from Troy's Diner, but the weather was not co-operating, so they moved it pretty much last minute to Crossfit Firepower Fitness.
The event was completely free to get in and after the show was over, the wrestlers all signed autographs for free as well. Can't go wrong with that at all.
The main guys that appeared on the show were "The Native American" Tatanka, Sonjay Dutt, Bushwhacker Luke, Tiger Ali Singh, Robbie McCallister of The Highlanders, TNA star Kiyoshi, former longtime WWF/E Referee Jimmy Korderas and "Textbook" Tyson Dux.
The rest of the wrestlers were local guys like Sebastian Suave, and James Champagne.
Here's the poster for the event:
And here's the card:

The event itself, was great. The crowd loved it. Lots of fans turned out, and crammed into the small Crossfit Center.
I met all of the guys pretty much. It was great. The Destroyer also made a special, rare appearance signing autographs. He was even wearing his trademark mask as usual.
Wrestling legend Tiger Jeet Singh was also on hand to pose for photos and sign autographs as well.
It was really cool meeting longtime WWF/E referee Jimmy Korderas. I got about 4 autographs from him. I got him to sign my 2 MOC WWF LJN Referee (Blue & White shirt) figures, which he was REALLY surprised to see.
He personalized them "To Todd 1,2,3! Jimmy Korderas" They look pretty sweet signed and what better referee to sign them than one that was with the WWF/E for 22 years??
I got the rest of the guys to sign my Top 100 Wrestlers of All-Time book, including The Destroyer.
Man, for a free event, this had to be one of my favorite events of all-time. I had a great time and I'm sure so did the rest of the fans that made it out to see it.
Here's a clip of some of the action that took place:
I can't wait until next year's TigerFest!!
