As long as he's putting young talent over (like last night) and cutting entertaining promos, keep him around, if his salary isn't too big.
Otherwise, he's very expendable.
By the way, it's Steiner.

I believe it's for his speed, agility and athleticism in the ring. Couldn't help but laugh at that.

I find his rambling sort of interesting. That being said he doesn't move very well in the ring anymore.

Scott Steiner has a great look, can still go in the ring, makes an entertaining promo and puts younger talent over.
Why is he still employed?
Beats me...

Man, I can't believe so much neagtive talk about Big Poppa Pump:(
The way I see it is, well he's one My favorites and in that showdown between him and Rob Terry, Scott Steiner is still the Freak, the "REAL" Freak. He's going on 49 and is still Poppa Pump and in fact those 26" guns look even larger than they did back in the 90s, it's incredible.
Sure, he blotches and becomes nuts but hey that's one of the things that makes him Poppa Pump. He's exciting, beats the living crap out of people and you never know what he's gonna do next.
I feel this, that I'm thankful that Steiner is still around and we have a chance to see him do what he does because how much longer can we? There is many wrestlers that I wish I could still watch wrestle now in 2011 instead of old matches like Andre the Giant, Owen Hart, Eddie Gurrero, Macho Man and so many others. That's My opinions & thoughts about Scott Steiner

I enjoy his weird tangents, and him being an older star is good because he can put over younger talent, but it's not like losing Steiner (again) would be a major blow to them.
