Has it really come to the point where it's too much to keep quiet, take it somewhere else or in the case of the football player a few days back to fix your clothing?

I deal with people like that all the time at work. Yes, I know you went to law school for 8 years, and are a successful lawyer, have a doctorial degree, and served as a judge, and are now a managing parter of a mega law firm. However, all of that apparently didn't make you smart enough to click the save button on a 5,000 page document now did it? SO are we really as smart as you are telling me you are?

God, I can relate. I'd taken the NJ Transit w/ my father from Port Jervis, NY to Garfield, NJ about 2 years ago at night. It was pretty late, so we decided take the train. Well, that, and he sold his truck. About 45 minutes in, this woman comes on, and had her music turned up loud, while my MP3 was at a 1 or 2 volume-wise, and set to Normal, sound-wise, so I wouldn't get in trouble. The passengers are pretty pissed at this woman. The employee tells her numerous times "please be quiet." She refuses. The employee tells her calmy again the same thing "please be quiet." That same rude female decided to use an example- me. I just turned 16 at the time, considering this was in 2009, and, it being at least 10;30 at night, I was whipped. She asked me 'Am I annoying you?" I tried to stay calm, but before I get 2, 3 words out, her response is "Well, you're annoying me with your talking." My father, who is a total idiot, told me, "just ignore it, man." I can't remember if we got of before her, and walked from the train stop to his paren'ts house, or if she got tossed off the train, but either way, a bad start to the worst two weeks of my life during Summer Vacation ever.
