I would love for Sarah Stock to show up on Lucha Underground. She already has tons of lucha libre experience from working for CMLL, though it would strange if she does sign since she is signed with CMLL and Lucha Underground works with AAA.

Aztec Warfare was amazing, Pronce Puma is the real deal. I also can't believe how good John Morrison has become. Can't wait for next weeks show.

I thought Lucha Underground was AAA? Technically yes, but I don't consider it an American AAA like I thought it was going to be. I expected the show to be similar to AAA with a couple guys brought in (Ricochet, Morrison, etc.), but Lucha Underground is, to me, a separate promotion that has a working relationship with AAA, yet AAA has a lot of involvement with Lucha Underground. I honestly expected to see La Parka, Cibernetico, Psycho Circus in this. I love Lucha Underground, it's a great show, but I still hate that they changed El Mesias and El Hijo del Fantasma, especially if this was supposed to be AAA or have AAA involvement. I hope in the next tapings that I read that we see La Parka and Psycho Circus at the very least. Those guys would have been perfect for Lucha Underground. Even though Sexy Star is playing her character great (and looks incredible doing it, lol), that gimmick fits Fabi Apache more. Those are just small things that bother me about the show, but it's things that doesn't affect my enjoyment of the show.

I don't know if the american crowd would like AAA. The rules are confusing, there's a lot of mistakes (like announce Jeff Jarrett in Triplemania and he doesn't appear), a different style of wrestling... I don't know if the Psycho Circus and La Parka would be something good to Lucha Underground. Psycho Circus like to work through the crowd and La Parka is a comic wrestler. Lucha Underground seems to be some more serious. I agree about Fabi Apache. She can wrestle very well against men and women. But if I could choose any women in AAA to wrestle around the World, this would be Taya. She's so beautiful...

I can't really see Psycho Circus going through the crowd, taking a child in one of their arms during their entrance, though I gotta disagree about La Parka. I mean Pimpinela Escarlata seemed to work great with that crowd and he's basically a comedy type character with the exotico style. Taya would be great at Lucha Underground, and so would Los Perros del Mal. Just replace Ezekiel's group with Los Perros del Mal and it would work great IMO.

I didn't saw Pimpinela Escarlata in Lucha Underground, so I can not tell you my impressions about that. But I would like to see both Psycho Circus and La Parka in Lucha Underground. I only have doubts about the crowd reaction. I agree with you about Perros del Mal. They would be a better stable then Ezekiel's group or, maybe, they could do something like Wyatts vs Shield...

I watched Lucha Underground on Saturday. I liked the idea of the Aztec Warfare, or Guerra Azteca. At first I thought it was going to be a 20 Man Royal Rumble, but the eliminations being by pinfall made the match a hell lot better. A lot of great spots, especially by Fenix. I liked that they included Ivelisse (who looked smokin' hot there), Sexy Star and Mascarita Sagrada in the match. I was confused as to why they eliminated Big Ryck as early as he did, cause I thought for sure he would have been in the final four with Mil Muertes, Prince Puma and Johnny Mundo. Prince Puma winning the title was great and I liked the end with Konnan coming out to congratulate his client.

Just finished the premiere episode. It was a lot of fun. I'll take my WWE and NJPW seriously, with a dash of TNA here and there, but this is going to be a cool alternative to have.
EZEKIEL JACKSON IS A LUCHADOR?

When I heard that Aztec Warfare was a 20 man elimination match I had very, very low estimations. Unsurprisingly I was blown away by the match and the fact it was pinfall/submission eliminations made it a proper wrestling match instead of the often bland Royal Rumble. I really hope this promotion starts to take off now there's a championship and we're starting to get a feel for the characters. I'm really enjoying it and hope it keeps on it's upward trajectory for the foreseeable.

I also wrote a small article about Lucha Underground after seeing it today. Nothing fancy, but it got retweeted by their official Twitter which I thought was cool as hell.

Lucha Underground has officially signed Alberto El Patron. I'm excited for this as I've always been a fan of Alberto's work and he won't need to work the mic, which was his weak point, as much there.
