They'll need, decent cameras (preferably HD), decent venue (possibly TV studio), good size crowd. Most UK promotions have none of these. In theory, ITV could fund the first two and if it's in a TV studio get some extras to fill up the rest of the crowd. But would it be worth it for ITV to fund such a niche product? ALso, they'd need to contract the talent. This may sound stupid, but if the show did get fairly big, and WWE/TNA came knocking it could ruin the show losing top talent. LCW isn't going to need to worry about their real superstars jumping ship. Just watch this promo by Joker, and tell me that his passion for LCW would allow him to leave to WWE or TNA just for money:

I'd like too see fwa on telly. I've seen them live and they have really good talent and really entertaining stuff. if not that then ipw because I love the lion kid!!!

british wrestling? don't get me wrong, for the most part i'm proud to be british, but i just can't get into british wrestling, current or classic. i'm assuming this LCW is british of course.

does anyone remember that celebrity wrestling that was on itv, which wasn't even wrestling, it was more like it's a knockout
