So I forgot about the incense event today and only got to do the last half.
I ended up with 2 shiny Carvanha but both suck. I also got 2 Alomomola and 2 Scraggy which was nice since they were my first two (sadly again they both suck so will trade them to my brother most likely).
My aunt's girlfriend did much better than I and I feel like she did less than me....
She got a shiny Sneasel, a shiny Carvanha, and a shiny Shellder.
She said she would trade me the Shellder though so that is nice of her. I have lots of shinies she doesn't have that she would rather have so it works out.

Nothing too interesting the last few days. Didn't do the incense thing as Sunday afternoons aren't really a good time for me to play. Finished the gen 3 throwback research earlier, so that's about it.

Yeah the Gen 3 research was something I completed in like 2 days max. I wish it was longer (that's what she said) but it was a nice bonus I suppose.
I'm still searching for a new Gen 3 shiny in the wild on an ordinary day.
I know Skitty sucks but I want the shiny. I never did get Venonat after encountering SO many the first week and who was the second week special shiny? Dunsparce? Never got his irrelevant ass either.

I would've completed it sooner but without leaving home over the weekend I wasn't able to get the buddy candy task right away.

I just got a shiny Wurmple that I can actually evolve this time (I previously got the hat version in Jan).
It sucks IV wise but it was a Silcoon/Beautifly so I'm happy since I prefer that to Cascoon/Dustox.

I wonder why they stopped allowing the special hat Pokemon to evolve. At the very least they should've let Pikachu remaining able to evolve if nothing else.

Trainers,
Three draconic roars can be heard in the distance. One belongs to a Pokémon that’s capable of scorching the world when people turn their backs on the truth. Another belongs to a Pokémon that can raze entire kingdoms with its electricity if ideals are not revered. The final roar belongs to a Pokémon within which dwells an even greater power bound by extreme cold.
Originally discovered in the Unova region and first met by Trainers in Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version, Legendary Pokémon Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem will soon be making their Pokémon GO debut in five-star raids!
Be sure to have your Remote Raid Passes stocked before Tuesday, May 26, 2020, when Reshiram, the Vast White Pokémon, will be the first to arrive in Pokémon GO!

Managed to get it at a chain of 177. Was semi annoying because of aurora beam. I’m using my in game team so I was using my Incineroar to do the battle, so it kept lowering my attack. Fine for vulpix, but because of the weather it kept calling in Castform and since my attack was so low it was taking like 3 hits to kill. Not that annoying in a way, but I had to preserve PP on my moves so that was a tad tedious. Got it though, nice and Bold nature. It didn’t have snow warning which is fine for a normal playthrough.

Wow congrats. I'd need Snow Warning but Bold is one the best four so you lucked out there.

I've had no luck with the events the last 3 weeks in terms of general non event hunting, only got a shiny bulbasaur in week 1.
However, I guess my luck was used up when I got shiny Ho-Oh at the end of last weeks quests.

I'd say that would use up your luck. I still need a shiny Bulbasaur. I got my aunt's girlfriend's shiny Shellder today in a trade. Gave her one of my 4 shiny Sentret which she liked more than Shellder. She is very nice to me.

Wow congrats. I'd need Snow Warning but Bold is one the best four so you lucked out there. If it was for a competitive Ninetales, then I agree it'd need Snow Warning. But for a casual play through I'm happy it actually doesn't have it, especially in battles it has to be switched in and out, that residual damage to the other team members is just annoying. Alolan Ninetales, timid/modest with Snow Warning? Absolutely. Only problem is you would really need to breed for it since it only gets Moonblast via egg move. Dazzling Gleam is fine, but Moonblast is better.

And I forgot about Moonblast being an egg move. So dumb.. It should learn it naturally.
Oh and yay bad guy™ we are 4 heart friends now. Took long enough.
