Silva and myself might be the only ones who were old enough at the time to appreciate the game, but does anyone remember the original Pokemon Trading Card Game for the Game Boy Color? Man, that game for me might have more hours than any other video game I've ever played sans the original Gold, which has close to 200 hours on it. Haha.

I had that Trading Card game too. I didn't play it as much as the usual Pokemon games but it was pretty good. I loved opening new packs to see who I would get. My friend and I played with the actual cards with our own sort of rules (because we couldn't be arsed with the potion cards and things like that) so I had to learn how to play by the rules on the Game Boy Colour.

I am about to get my team to level 88-89 most likely.

I remember playing it when I was 6, I got it before going in to get some of my teeth removed(don't know why, but I have all my adult teeth and they are all fine, so nothing too bad I think). I remember playing it in the waiting room

Venusaur is good if you don't want to use Victorybell, then you can grab Lapras at silph for a water type. Or you could go the other way. There aren't very many Grass types in Kanto.

Squirtle's not really a good choice because you could Catch Lapras like M said and it didnt really hit hard.Charmander or Baubasaur will be a better choice because they will have 2 types on their final stage(Charizard/Venasaur). But for me,I think Venasaur is a better choice because it have quite good defenses/sp.defenses and can actually hit hard.I didnt say Charizard because he is x4 weak to rock and does not have the best defenses.

Hitmonlee Charizard Nidoking Victorybell Persian Starmie
It's a really good team. c:

^ Someone will for sure answer that since I have no clue either.
And for the LG starter I would agree with Bulbasaur because there are not many good grass types.
