Not a terrible list considering how hard/subjective it is but I personally don't agree with much of it.

- Akira should be higher, I'd say top 3.
- I'd put Miyazaki's Lupin III: Castle of Cagliostro, Princess Mononoke & Howl's Moving Castle on there
- Needs more Nightmare Before Christmas
- also, no Peter Pan, Shrek or Monsters inc? WTF!
- 15 and 16 were genuinely bad movies
- I think Pinocchio is pretty mediocre as far as animated Disney goes

Seen 19 of them, still need to see Toy story 3 (yes, i know i'm a n00b) and paprika!
