Can't remember if we talked about this...but Harmonix is announcing a new game at PAX East next week. PAX Preview Livestream on Wednesday showing some gameplay - and an actual panel on Saturday. www.rockband.com/blog/hmx-pax-east-2012

www.rockbandaide.com/15688/rock-band-blitz-debuted-on-x-play/Hey, I'm all for more exportable songs, which will be my primary reason for purchasing "Rock Band Blitz" later this year. And it looks like fun. Confirmed tracks thus far for RBB: Blink 182 – Always Foster the People – Pumped Up Kicks Great White – Once Bitten, Twice Shy Quiet Riot – Metal Health Rick Springfield – Jessie’s Girl

Wow. I'll get it since I'm an RB fanboy, and new exportable songs = instabuy anyways! And the fact that all 25 are new songs is even better.

Here is what I think the last 20 songs for Blitz will be: What are your guesses?
1. You Spin Me Round - Dead or Alive *(rumored a while ago) 2. Buried Alive - Avenged Sevenfold 3. Party in the USA - Miley Cyrus 4. Up Town Girl - Billy Joel 5. The Cranberries - Zombie 6. These Days - Foo Fighters 7. Who Can It Be Now - Men At Work 8. Rich Girl - Hall & Oats 9. Anna Molly - Incubus 10. New Sensation - INXS 11. Lonely Boy - The Black Keys 12. Somebody Told Me - The Killers 13. Love Gun - Kiss 14. Got The Life - Korn 15. California Dreamin - the mamas and the papas 16. Marcy Playground - Sex and Candy 17. I'll get it if the songs are decent because while it doesn't look like a game I'd play tonnes of... I'd play the crapout of Metal Health on RB3

They announced next week's DLC during the RB Blitz livestream - it's a Slayer three pack.
Raining Blood (with PRO upgrade), Seasons in the Abyss, and South of Heaven
I don't care AT ALL, but I'm sure some people are happy. Now I get to save more cash for Blitz this summer.

A Slayer pack was announced? Finally! Almost 3 years since we got Black Magic, and now we finally get a pack. Raining Blood is awesome. Seasons in the Abyss is cool but I would have picked something else. South of Heaven is meh. Not a huge fan of the album as a whole. I would have picked something off Hell Awaits or Angel of Death off Reign in Blood.

Yes! Black Magic is a favorite of mine to play on Expert Pro Drums, so ANY new Slayer is good news in my book.

I'm stoked to be able to play Raining Blood again. I really hope it's not the God awful GH Smash Hits charting though, that ends with that absolutely ridiculous, and "never seen before or after" 5 note sustain chord at the end......bulls*it that was. Yeah.....that thing. No excuse WHATSOEVER for that..

I really hope it's not the God awful GH Smash Hits charting though. ...why would it be? There is a habit of borrowing charts. See "Through The Fire And Flames". The intro is the same as GH, and in my opinion, still way overcharted.

The Weight - The Band If there is ANY Hall & Oates....and it's not "You Make My Dreams Come True".......I riot. Oh, and the tracks from Blitz are a FREE export to RB3! So considering that XBLA pricing tops out at $20, even if you just get the game for the songs, you're getting a 25 song pack for $20, which is a substantial discount over getting 25 single tracks, or even packs at this point, because at packs of 3 apiece, that'd be over $40 for 25 tracks.

And at least the keyboard part right before that ridic solo isn't to the guitar...

Mighty nice chart there. It's nice to see that song and not be brick walled by it.
