It's the imaginary wall between the actor, and the audience. Ahh ok. Thanks.

It's the imaginary wall between the actor, and the audience. I thought it was between actors and producers/other people. It's generally regarded as anything that alerts the audience that they are watching a television show or movie via acknowledgement of the fact by an actor. For example, if an actor were to look directly into the camera and speak to the audience, think Malcom in the Middle, for example, that would be a general example of breaking the 4th wall.

to the people that are wondering what he was gonna say about the bully thing just look look at my comment on page 5 since yall are to busy tickleling twitters butt trying to see if any wrestlers have responed to punks actions No, nobody cares to watch you attempt to play detective. Instead, I'd rather read the comments of Punk's friends and people he's worked with over the past decade. - Triple S

If WWE really wants to make a believable angle which they appear to be, they should have Punk somehow win Raw MITB, cash in, leave with the WWE title. And let him show up on some indy shows with the title, like have him to go Chikara, IWA-MS, and lastly, ROH. WWE is not dumb, it's happening at MITB and in Chicago for a reason.

A thought that JUST occurred to me...what if they let Punk run wild for the next month, come MITB, he beats Cena and DOES take time off, leaving with the title?...
There has been talk of them trying to replace the spinner title with a new belt...recently too...maybe that could allow them to do so?...

But I honestly See whoever wins MITB cashing in on Punk if Punk wins. But NO WAY WWE lets Punk go over Cena on his last night there. No way. Having Punk win the belt and running around celebrating THEN gets the case cashed in on him would be serious drama. But WWE cant have Superman Cena ever lose. In a case of "it could have been so much more dramatic" Cena makes Punk tap with the STF clean.

Or what you described of Punk winning the title then being cashed in on

It's funny that people bash the PG Era and we may have one of the best story lines in wrestling history ahead of us.

if this wasn't unexpected & he isn't gone for good..
I think he'll be gone until the ppv - show up & take the briefcase from someone, cash it in & steal the title

I'm changing my stance on the situation. I believe that his amazing and truthful promo was a shoot and a work at the same time but I also believe that he is legit leaving and I don't think he'll be leaving as the champion either.

Where is our Team Worked Shoot That promo was awesome? We need one for those not sure on if he is leaving or staying. As honestly I have no clue what punk is doing after the ppv.

I hope CM Punk gets the title but it won't happen. The promo was the truth and Punk made it genius whether it was a work or a shoot. It made my night, I wasn't paying attention to Raw much and then I seen Punk walk up the ramp and sit down to cut that amazing promo. CM Punk is the baddest guy in a long time. I hope that wasn't the last I have seen of CM Punk on my TV Screen. We will know a bit more if they air it on the Raw Rebound on SmackDown, but the spoilers of next week's Raw killed a lot of momentum of this.

Wow. Just wow. Being on the west coast, and unable to watch RAW live, I saw people posting things saying how amazing Punks promo was. I thought it was over-exaggeration, but gosh darn that was one hell of a promo. When it started I thought "this is alright, I dont see what the big deal is" and at the end of it, I wanted to stand up and cheer in my living room. I dont think my sleeping neighbors would take kindly to that, so a small applause and a "holy crap" is what I did. I almost lost it and marked out when he mentioned NJPW and ROH, but again, sleeping neighbors. CM Punk has no doubt cut one of the best promos of the last 10 years, and I cannot wait to see how this angle turns out.

The only way I see Punk winning the title would be if he lost it to a MITB winner right after.

Imagine if Punk won and at the end didn't tell him that the MITB was going to be cashed in on him then the MITB winner comes out and wins the title. SCREWJOBBBB! And thats what they probably are heading towards If that happens I will Pre Order the true shoot on WWE by Punk.
