If Punk's promo is any indication of his true feelings toward the company, why the hell bother re-signing, and further still requesting to get your best friend to come to this company ran by 'douchebag yes men'? Either Punk doesn't really hold such a negative view or the guy's a hypocrite. It's called playing an angle. Is it still real to you, damnit? No, dumbass, it was a worked shoot, which could mean that some of what he said in the promo was also how he really felt. Hence I put IF right at the start. So, yes, it could be partly real, damnit.

If Punk resigned we will have a bunch of new talent entering the WWE. I'm sure Hero & Castognoli will come in and be Tag Team Champions, Colt Cabana will own the Mid Card Division, and CM Punk will be the WWE Champion.

I really can't wait to see Hero, Castognoli, and Cabana in the WWE. I hope they're used right, if all of this is true.

I hope to God almighty that Punk doesn't go.WWE wouldn't be as good without him. But I do believe he's either resigned or plans on doing so in the very near future.

Why are you people always getting on my ing case? I could care less if he's a valuable asset to the company (which I strongly disagree with that statement), I can't ing stand the guy.

lol If CM Punk resigns I'll be glad.
If it means all his Indy buddies come in and take all the titles (which I doubt will happen, but it's been jokingly mentioned), then I'll be taking a break from WWE.

I'm sure this has probably been said since I haven't read the other 22 pages of this but DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS!?!? This means WWE is coming around and we are going to get some GOOD Wrestling! Or at least it should be a good sign of some most needed changes in the promotion.. I mean as long as I've been a wrestling fan I've NEVER once heard anyone in WWE mention New Japan which is pretty much the reason they never go to Tokyo to do any kind of event so to let him just crank it up to 10 and show what he can do with no limits was amazing!
The point I'm trying to make is if you really think about it this was Vince's way of telling us he is about to usher in a no so PG season in wrestling. At least I hope it was.
Either way is one of the best promos of the last ten years and was indeed the best promo of the year no doubt! Quick note: ANYONE ELSE NOTICE HE WAS WEARING A STONE COLD SHIRT?!?!?

Stop thinking your opinions are so important, no one is getting on your case, its a forum, people are simply replying to your baseless opinion. If you've already made your mind up that 'you can't stand' him then why bother even posting. And yes, he makes lots of money for wwe.

It's called playing an angle. Is it still real to you, damnit? Colt Cabana said everything in the promo was stuff Punk had been saying to him for years. Point being? The best angles are based off of real life. Just because he feels that way doesn't mean that everything about the angle is real. Just everything in that promo.

All you ever do is come into threads that are about stuff you don't like, just to complain and say "Oh, I don't like this. So and so sucks." If you hate it so much, just stay out of the thread yeah?

Jim Rome offered Punk a chance to come on his show and finish the promo from where his mic got cut. I don't like Jim Rome, but if Punk was on there I would most definitely watch.

Colt Cabana said everything in the promo was stuff Punk had been saying to him for years. Point being? The best angles are based off of real life. Just because he feels that way doesn't mean that everything about the angle is real. Just everything in that promo. Right, so I state that if what Punk said in his promo represents his true feelings toward the company, then he shouldn't resign. You then put a dumbass comment 'Is it still real to you, damnit?', when I clearly said 'if.' Then you say that everything in the promo is how he feels. Just think before ya type.
