Some good answers, but then some disappointing ones as well regarding the Legends figures. I think a figure of the month on Matty where we can get guys like that won't sell well at retail would be smart. there answers regarding them are always no on the midcard/jobber gimmicks but even though Jakks did screwed collectors at the end, their classic/legends will be a better roster than Mattels even with the Savages, Steamboats, Von Erichs because they had the guts to be out the Johnny Rodz, Baston Boogers, Adam Bombs etc. I agree Mattel's Legends line will be worse without the gimmick wrestlers. If somebody is asking if they are going to make a certain Legend than they obviously want Mattel to make that Legend. So Mattel should try to work on making that Legend since they now know that it is wanted instead of saying it won't be made. I can almost guarantee any of those Legends will sell better than Kevin Von Erich. |

hi mattel,i was just wondering when hasbro brought out the wwf/wwe figure line a long time ago,would mattel ever consider making figures similar to the old hasbro line as there are so many legends & current wwe superstars the choice would be limitless on characters,& i know they were very popular with the younger audience then as they were with me as well.thx bulldozer  |

They also said a while back that they wouldn't re-make hasbros as they were good for their time but today's collector wants the product they put out. And they're right. No hasbro-like line by Mattel. Definitly disapointing that there not going for Tommy Dreamer my next question would have been Sabu those guys would be great Legends to put out especially in an ECW themed wave you could throw Cactus Jack and Terry Funk in there aswell

in part 2 they said Bryan was going to be coming out as an elite, but in part 4 they say not in the foreseeable future, I hope that was directed at Masters/Khali and not Bryan and Jackson from part II " Q: Is Daniel Bryan a high possibility for a Elite figs? and Husky Harris is he still in plans or was he scraped? A : Bryan will be in a future Elite lineup. Husky is not likely for now as he has been off TV for months. As much as I value them and love their work they do contradict themselves a lot I've noticed by saying 'yes' to something and then saying 'Not at this time' and things like that to similar questions. I also noticed them saying several times that Divas won't be put into the Elite line where as this time they said 'Who said they won't be?'... strange. I think they saw the question as Will the Great Khali be getting elite figures.... We know Daniel Bryans coming. Big Zeke should be a shoe in and I heard he was getting a new Elite body mold. As for Masters they really should do him. They already have a decent head sculpt the rest would just be paint apps. |

I have the Basic Dreamer but would love a Elite one. I may try to customize but HBK elite 3 has become really rare. I hope Mattel understand that when a figure is done in Basic he's not really done to a Elite collector. I just love the Elite style and hope we get as many Legends/current superstars in Elite style as posisble. |

My guess is the Big Bossman. I'd think his gear would cause some issues.

I can’t tell you yet but we are designing him currently. My guess is the Big Bossman. I'd think his gear would cause some issues. or yokozuna..... complete new mold, perhaps doink for the paint apps? ...... or hopefully imo earthquake id love it if it was boss man though. If they make Giant gonzalez im sure he would be a tough one for them too if booker t is one of those 7 then hes planned for a dm cuz mattel said WWE's rule is no currents released as legends. and i could see him as a dm unfortunatly cuz id love too see yokozuna, natural disasters, powers of pain and doink the clown |
