So who has the potential to be the next John Cena/The Rock/Hulk Hogan type guy in the WWE? I am not totally sure that that person is on the roster right now. I think back to what Cena did at the start of his career tho and it could very possibly be that that person is on the roster right now. Any thoughts?

I would say it is out of Heath Slater, Zack Ryder and Alex Riley with Curt Hawkins and Wade Barrett right behind!

Riley seems to have quite the potential I agree, can he get to this level? I don't know, time will tell. But I was thinking he might be the guy who has the best shot. |

It seems strange calling it this early but if he sticks around and doesn’t screw things up for himself too many times he could be a big deal in WWE. Although whose to say he won’t be dropped from the main event scene this time next year and fade into obscurity - WWE change their minds awfully quickly so A-Ry could be jobbing on Superstars before we know it. |

Miz around the time of Wrestlemania looked like he could be the next Rock but Cena buried him not soon after and now there burying him even further under alex riley , I don;t know Miz has a long way back but hopefully he can do it

I could see Alex Riley being a huge star in the next few years are so. The pops he was getting during his feud with The Miz were insane. Now just slap the IC or US belt on him and he'll be on his way up.

Ryder has the mic skills and he isnt too shabby in the ring, if he was a bit less guido like he could have a character that is just him and not a style etc much like how rock and austin were.
