D-Generation X should be in the Hall of Fame. Gunn is part of said faction. Yup. Billy Gunn the individual in the hall? No, not really a chance. But yea as DX he definetly deserves to be, as a part of that group. He was an instrumental part of DX.

As long as there are fans wanting the Attitude Era to come back and Vince McMahon likes him, he will be in someday.

Though you could say the Baseball Hall of Fame- like all of the other ones, are political, WWE is basically the Vince Kiss My Ass Club in real life. No

Agreed. This is basically what I was gonna say. Maybe in like 10 years or so. The Rock isn't in it yet so slow down Billy Gunn. Also, I could see him in the WWE today to put people over. But, keep in mind he can;t be gay or Mr. Ass. lol. "the one " billy gunn How about Rockabilly? lol

He is a tough one because he has been one half of 3 good tag teams. 10 tag title wins spread over nearly a decade, added with his IC and KOTR win, and he had a solid WWE career imo. I guess stand alone I don't see it. If I were to compare him to a baseball player he would be like a Shawon Dunston maybe? Solid career but not HOF caliber as a singles star.
I do however think the New Age Outlaws as a team warrant being in the HOF. Whether that be together or as members of DX. I just feel like the Outlaws were iconic enough during their run as a team to be something that future generations get the opportunity to learn about down the road. On an individual basis I can't really say that about Gunn, Dogg, or Pac, but as members of DX or more specifically as The Outlaws I think they contributed enough to be remembered over time.

So, wait...
D-Generation X was quite possibly one of the best factions of all time and one of, if not the, top faction in the late 90s (I guess nWo rivals it). DX was loved when they were faces and were HATEDDDDD when they were heels (but fans, deep down inside, still wanted to like them). D-Generation X should be in the Hall of Fame and, obviously, that includes Billy Gunn.

Billy Gunn: King of the Ring 99, Harcore champ twice, Ic champ once, 10 time tag champ. more titles than koko, hacksaw, snuka, valentine, big john studd and jyd combined in the wwf. he deserves to be in the hof

If they put him in then they would have to put Chuck in it too.

I feel we're more likely to get the Smoking Gunns in than the New Age Outlaws at this stage.

I'd be happy for him if he went in, but I'm not really concerned about it.
The guy was a very good athlete and was a part of three teams I really liked

Gunn always sucked. There's a reason guys like Stone Cold refused to do a program with him. Because he sucked, he was given countless gimmicks, and he sucked with all of them. He should never get near the hall of fame, because he sucked. He sucked too. A fellow Louisianian, ..Couldn't have said it better, really. I miss the old days and I do remember his tag matches... Not so much anything during his Mr. Ass singles stint, besides Tori Wilsons butt cheeks... That's all I can recall.

I'm fine with Billy Gunn being in, remember...guys like Koko B. Ware and Hacksaw Jim Duggan are in...but really, guys like Pillman, Bulldog, Owen, Arn, Freebirds, etc. should be in first.

Why not... The WWE Hall of Fame is just a plaque and a ring, Not like it's some prestigious building somewhere. like baseball? Please tell me you're not insinuating that there isn't a place in Cooperstown called the "Baseball Hall of Fame." Because I can't measure the facepalm if that's what you're saying.
